Amazing place to buy a bike. There was no pressure walking in and everyone was super nice from sales to finance. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s in the market. Also want to give a big thanks to Dan Clark for helping make it happen!

Ill start by saying Im that guy who typically only writes a review when he has had a bad experience - not this time.I ended up working with Dan Clark by chance - what a stroke of luck for me. He is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Ended up buying a 2010 Kawasaki Concours from him. It was an easy transaction (flawless other than the fact that he was busy). Jamie handed F&I. She was awesome as well.Its a long drive for me to deal with Schiets (50 miles) but well worth the trip. To the Schiets staff - thank you for the opportunity to work with you. Ill make the drive simply because the level of service is worth it.Thank you.

Parts prices are normal prices but not as cheap as online. Sales people really wont pay attention to you unless youre making a new or big ticket purchase. The crate fee on new bikes are ridiculous

First time using their service dept. They did an excellent job and even went beyond normal. Helped me to figure out an issue that wasnt even part of their work. This was on a 2012 Harley Electra Glide Ultra.

Had the part I needed in stock.Was surprised Schiets didnt have any battery powered bikes, scooters,or side-by-sidesto sell.Thought there might be a demand for that.

Not very helpful I tried on helmets and there were 2 guys at the parts desk and I was there for 10 mind and the second guy did not even ask if I needed help then I brough up helmets from online like alot of other bike dealer ships have hears of these helmets not them there nice but not even helpful for helmets I am upset so I went beyond and to try one on and see what size I wear so I ordered the same size online and there like you should go abit bigger

Husband got work done on his gold wing, service was expensive for no more than they did, slow. A day and a half for just a oil change

I rarely post reviews of businesses but have to give credit where it is due. This is a great place to do business in northern Ohio. They’re not exactly located close to me, but had the opportunity to do business with them as a result of a lack of product availability. They had the particular machine in stock that I was looking for and I made the drive. Unfortunately, the product I was purchasing had a malfunctioning part, even after PDI testing, and I had to leave the dealership without my purchase. I was disappointed, but I thought the folks at Schiets dealt with the situation in the best way possible. Although I left empty handed that day, I knew they did everything they could, as a team, to try and remedy the issue and send me home with my purchase. It was ‘all hands on deck’ when the issue arose. When we determined it couldn’t be solved that day, they were just as defeated as I was and without skipping a beat, they told me they would make it right by fixing the issue and delivering the product to me. I live over 2 hours away, so this was no small commitment. I didn’t buy an expensive machine, nor did I show up in a fancy vehicle- they just took care of me, the way you would expect to be treated. Give this place a chance if you’re in the market for a new machine. If you try to call and don’t get an answer, it’s probably because they’re busy with customers (because they’re good to do business with).

Dan in charge of sales will work with you to find the perfect ride that fit your need or your dream. In the parts department will find everything you need and even if the accessories choice is not very large youll get a lot options and they will order what is not in store. The services department is very professional and will make sure your ride stay healthy for a long time. Highly recommended place.

I thought this was a good business, they do sell their bikes for more than most, but I liked the owner until today. I sold them my Harley Davidson last year and bought a new bike from them. A few weeks ago I was contacted by them wanting the stage 1 tuner I had for my old bike, I agreed to help them if I found it. During this time I had a death in the family and returned to work, so they were not on my mind at the moment. I received a message at work yesterday to call Daryl the owner. I didnt return the call, because I worked all day and thought it could wait until the next day. The next day I get a call from my place of employment informing me Daryl had called threatening to cancel my employers service if I didnt give him the tuner. At that point I was justifiably mad and no longer wanted to help him. He told me to name my price and he would take care of it. He instead asked to see the tuner and passed it off to Dan the sales person, which gave it to the new owner and then refused to pay my fee. He took my tuner without paying for it and had one of his agressive workers use intimidating posturing to get me to leave. I have witnesses that can corroborate my claim.

Id rather see less Chinese products on show room floor but the sales rep was awesome

Ive been a customer for nearly 40 yrs. Theres a good reason I keep going back.*Update: Employees told me they’ve been sold! Something had to be going on because the last two times I visited the parts dept. there were a lot of bare shelves. As a result I’ve had to shop elsewhere-which I don’t really want to do. New owners, you’ll have to win me back. I’ll try again later this summer.

Took my bike in today for the 600 mile oil change and check up, was impressed as soon as I walked through the door was greeted by name by my salesman Dan, means alot that he remembered my name 2 months after I purchased the bike, everyone in the shop very respectful and courteous....

I had purchased a motorcycle here and have always felt comfortable coming back. The service department has been one of the most accommodating when it comes to helping. The owner, himself is very friendly and encouraging when it comes to new riders

Web site states No Credit, Bad Credit, Dont Sweat It, We Have Options - after initiating the online credit application process I received only a call about keeping a lock removed form our credit report. After that - no contact with me, no negotiating and no options provided. Very Poor Customer Service! Dont expect any follow up from this company.

The Schiets family treated me as their own and has never let me nor my father and brother down in the combined 40 years of doing business with them. Dont shop anywhere else. Shop at Schiets.

Any rider who has broken down on a long trip most likely knows the trouble of finding help right away. Having broken down the night before I had my cb750 towed here in the morning. The service shop was great! The kindly greeted me, listened to what Happened, and did everything they could to get me back on the road. Thats a shop I can get behind.These guys are dedicated to their customers and helping those in need. I dont live close, but if I did they would have my business year round.And while you wait for your bike to be fixed check out some of their amazing deals on used bikes inside!
