Ive been working with Kenny and his team for several years now. We recently upgraded our churchs live streaming equipment, and Kenny and Jay were right there helping me with some issues we had with the equipment. You can buy stuff online anywhere, but Core Microsystems goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. You wont get that with the other guys.

I bought a license for Davinci Resolve from them online and was really happy with the experience. Their site is easy to navigate and straight forward and they send the key for the program through email which means I got it really quick as opposed to another place that would only send it in the mail. Will definitely look at them again in the future if I decide to get actual equipment.

Had been trying to order this product, and all other distributors had the item on backorder. During this time I have spent $100Ks of dollars with them purchasing a variety of equipment.I have always found their support and service to be outstanding. For us, they are more than a vendor, they are a partner. We often bring to them ideas for something we want to do and together brainstorm potential options. When we have had issues or questions they have always been available including weekends and nights.Their prices are fair and they have stood behind the products I have purchased. What I also like is that when we have a need for something that is not in the regular product line, they have been more than willing to try to get the product or refer us to another vendor that has better pricing.

And that is where Core Microsystems excels more than any other business, in or outside of the computer world, I have worked with.After sale customer and technical support is a strict requirement for me because unlike many who work in a computer-based business, I am not technically inclined or especially computer savvy. It is important that I receive attentive support and instruction when resolving even fundamental computer related issues. Core Microsystems has always provided this support without pretense; breaking down and offering solutions in ways that are easy to digest. Issues (often self-inflicted) are typically resolved remotely within minutes. But if it takes several shots to resolve a problem, they take whatever time is necessary to resolve the issue. You are the priority.Equally important Core Microsystems customer support is there when you need it; almost on demand. There have been instances where I will email or text Core Microsystems for support on a weekend or during the Holidays and in short order receive a phone call or text message response, a couple of time from abroad! And as far as I can determine their customer support is unending, extending beyond the typical hardware warranty, not having an “expiration date”. This level of support is *priceless*.There is one other area of support offered by Core Microsystems that I just recently discovered even though the service may not at all be new for them. A few months ago, I had a large event to cover as a videographer. I’m usually self-sufficient but this time around I wanted to include a camera and knew no place where I could rent one quickly and that gave me the time flexibility to become acquainted with unfamiliar gear. On a whim I called Core Microsystems which without hesitation put together a complete kit for a price that was more than fair and which help take the shoot to another level.
