Front passenger window got broken into. Called Unique Auto Glass and they were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment at my place in Cupertino. Showed up on time, removed (vacuumed) old glass fragments from all around the car, and installed new glass. Total time was only 30 minutes. Everything works and looks like new.

Five stars all the way for Unique Auto Glass! My vehicle was broken into between 5-6am. Filed a claim with AAA around 7am and they suggested a few glass companies to choose from. Unique Auto Glass was an easy choice since they are just 10 min away. I called Unique between 7:30-7:50am and no answer. Right before 8:00am they called me back and we immediately setup an appt to come in when they open. All this was arranged before their scheduled opening time at 9:00am on Saturdays; which I wasnt even aware of until I took the picture of the storefront with their hours posted.As soon as I arrived, I pulled in the garage and was immediately greeted by two friendly gentlemen. One took me inside and all I had to do was confirm the make, year and model of my vehicle and there I was in the system, all of my info sent by AAA. While I was inside, the other gentlemen went to work right away and began to vacuum all of the glass that was shattered in the car. After about 5 minutes in the office, I went back out through the garage and saw that the door panel had already been removed and he was cleaning up the remaining glass.I highly recommend that you go here for any of your auto glass needs. Convenient location, clean waiting area/office, friendly folks with excellent service and fast turnaround time. Vehicle was done within an hour!Thank you so much guys! You turned what started out as a bad stressful day and made it into a positively memorable customer experience.Continued success!

Good place to get windows replaced. I came in about 6 months ago and my husband just recently got his front window replaced. They came to the house and did it right in the front yard. Workers are good and got it done pretty fast.

My husband called them this morning and asked for a quote he spoke to a guy we forgot to get his name. He quoted us $180 in cash or $199 card to have our windshield repaired. We thought the price was reasonable. We told them we would call back to schedule the appointment we just had to talk to my mom first. We called back 2 hours later spoke with a lady who then told us the cost was $240. We told her that we spoke to someone who told us $180. She said that didnt make sense because they wouldnt make any money repairing out glass for 180. She said she was working from home and called the store and no remembered speaking to us. She Kept saying that doing the windshield for $180 made no sense because it was a very expensive job. As a courtesy she was going to discount us $20. We decided to go with it and made the appointment. Saving $20 was better than losing $20. Something told me to call another place so I did. I called cheap auto glass in oakland they quoted me $180 cash or card. I call this place back told them I would like to cancel the appointment. Another person answered. They asked me the name. I told them it is under William. The guy I spoke with said that I had to cancel the appointment with my insurance. I said Im not going through my insurance. He said but you still have to call them and tell them so they dont keep your claim open. I told him there is no claim. He said your Michelle right? I said no my appointment is under William. Long story short place is disorganized. How they have good ratings is beyond me. I guess it depends on the day and who you speak with.UPDATE: received call from this company they tried to say that we never called them the first time. Which we did! It shows on our call history we even sent them a screenshot.. he assumed our issue was the price. That is not why I wrote this review. My problem is that they were very unprofessional for giving us the wrong price, then when we called back the way the call was handled was very poor. And when I called to cancel the person I spoke with thought they were talking to someone else and kept telling me to call my insurance. Im perfectly fine with paying for with for quality, and I assure you we have the means. had they gave us the correct price when I first called we would of been fine with it especiallysince we sylay so may good reviews. My issue with them was the bad customer service, and after speaking with the manager If I could give this place -10 stars I would. I was being to become livid because he continued to tell my husband he did not call. Lucky for him my husband is the clam one. I hope he listened to my husbands advice and teaches his staff better customer service skill.

Pathetic service . Drove 30 mins and wasted my 2 hours sitting in waiting area just to find out that they don’t have parts and need to reschedule the service appointment . Not recommended specially during pandemic time where you want to avoid going to repair shop

Super helpful and very nice. Everyone in the back had a good and fun attitude. Even with the weather being too hot. I had a crack on my windshield they were able to put resin to keep it from cracking more. Thank you for the help

They replaced my windshield in the parking lot at work. On time, no hassle, easy interface with my insurance company. Would have been next day service but my windshield was odd and had to be ordered in... took about 4 days. Friendly, they even vacuumed my cars floor. And now that its rained, I can confirm it does not leak. Great job.

Got a quarter panel window broken on my car and called various places for a quote. Was initially told it would be $210 but I had gotten a cheaper quote of $170 at another place and Unique beat it by $5. You can either take your car to them or they can go to you, its the same price. What bugged me was that they said it would take an hour to replace the glass and they would call me when it was done. I called them 1.5 hours after I dropped it off to see if it was done since I had to go work (which I told them about when I left the car) and was told the window was in and they just needed to clean it up. I get there to pick it up and there was finger prints all over the new glass. Dont say youre cleaning up the mess from the install when the window is all smudged!

Got my car break in last weekend. They do a great job replace my rear window. There are small pieces of glasses stock inside of my hatch lock, cant lock my rear door for a week. They disassembly the hatch lock and clean it for me free of charge. (I have to visit them 2nd time to get it fixed, I just hope they can check it during window replacement for next customer can save both side a lot of time. A suggestion for service improvement.)Great service!

I was given a text number and we set a date and time and they showed up on time. They were professional all the way. They also respected my communication style, and used technology to communicate with me. They replaced my window and even cleaned inside. Unique Payless Auto Glass was recommended to me by my insurance carrier after my windshield had been vandalized. The initial service was very prompt and replacement of my window was very quick and the installer was friendly and punctual. My vehicle is equipped with a rain sensor that is adhered to the windshield (as it is in many other vehicles) and the correct windshield was ordered and installed with this feature in mind. During the first rain after installation, I noticed that the sensor was not functioning properly and did not detect any rain or any other liquids on the glass. I contacted the Unique Payless Auto Glass in April to inform them of the issue and received a response the next day saying a manager would be reaching out to schedule repair. However, after numerous follow-up emails, no call or response was ever made or attempted by anyone and I am still left with a faulty windshield sensor.Even though the initial booking and install process was very smooth, I am disappointed in this companys inability to stand behind their product and service warranty once a defect has been identified and communicated.Update: I was contacted by the company and was informed that they were ordering the necessary supplies to repair the sensor and provided an ETA. The installer called me before the appointment and fixed the issue within 10 minutes!
