I am very impressed with the design of the product. Very durable and had a flawless finish. Looks excellent on my car and it has took a few scraps in driveways that did not mess it up. I’m going to keep this as short as possible.I ordered a splitter from them and they sent me the wrong one. I immediately told them about it and they sent me a return label almost a week and half later (it would’ve been longer but making a scene on the phone magically made a return label appear in my inbox the same day)I returned the wrong splitter and they sent me a replacement one. They sent the package to a previous address that I used several months ago on a previous order (note: there’s a completely different new address for this recent order). I don’t have access to that address anymore and that address is also 6 hours away from my current address.I called them to complain about the issue and they said it was a mix up blah blah blah, they’ll send me another one to the right address. It’s going on 9 days and they won’t respond to any of my emails, they won’t pick up the phone (and you can’t leave a message), they won’t respond on Instagram. No package, no anything.So now I don’t have a splitter and I don’t have the money either.This company sucks and their customer service is TERRIBLE.Please avoid this company if you can.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same part. On top of the terrible customer service attitude when arranging a return and refund, I had to call them 2 weeks after they received the extra part back from me to get a status on the refund. Only then did I get an email that my money was being refunded and the guy hung up on me without a word. Avoid if you can.

I ordered in-channel rain guards for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and they did not fit. I reached out to them and I asked for refund & return label... some customer service person kept going back and forth with me over a $49.99 product. He wasnt being helpful at all and getting smart mouthed because I wanted my money back. They issued a refund for $26.99.They didnt not communicate with me about dropping the price so they can some of their money back. This business is a joke. I will make sure everyone knows how they do business!Buyers beware of EXTREMEONLINE STORE!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. The company wants to keep money regardless of the transaction. They say they refund but good luck actually getting a refund if you actually have a problem.

When I try to sent the product back they want to charge me for the shipping and also a re_stocking fee which make me pay even more that what the product originally cost . Worst experience ever.

I have placed several orders to Extreme Online Store for my C7 Corvette. They are always very helpful and responsive as well as have fast and free shipping. I recently ordered a ZO6 grill right before the Thanksgiving holiday and they shipped it out right away. It was delayed at UPS due to UPS’ own problems and arrived crushed by UPS. Extreme Online Store responded immediately and said they would send out a new one. Their immediate response and replacement of the grill is some of the best customer service I have ever received. I have owned many cars over the years including Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porsches and Maseratis and I’ve never received customer service as good as this. Their products are great and high-quality and their customer service is excellent.

Bought a new ZR1 Style CARBON FIBER Front Lip Splitter Side Skirts For 05-13 Corvette C6 Z06. from this company for $625 came very well packed,my car was in shop being painted (fender bender).So i did not open for a few weeks.I opened the very well packed kit to find it was a used kit with road wear and screw holes in the entire kit.I contacted the store and they offered me $60.00.I wanted a new kit not a road rash one.Stay away from this dishonest company or you might just get somebodys trash in lieu of new merchandise.
