Worst bmw dealership ever always an issue EVERYTIME I bring my car in for service

Let me just say, We live in the South Bay and prefer Fremont BMW service center over our local one...Both of our recent experiences with Fremont BMW service center has been exceptional from the time Ive called to make the appointment til the moment we pick up our car. Both times weve worked with Charles Way the service advisor and both times he delivered with amazing knowledge and customer service! FREE loaner or rental car!!!Fremont BMW has a small fleet of loaner BMWs as well as partners with Enterprise rent a car if you need to leave your car overnight or longer. 5 STARS!!!

I was really worried about getting my car fixed. I went to the Fremont BMW service center. I was treated very politely and my service advisor Nick Lal went above and beyond to help me and advice me in regards to my car. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable, very polite. I had really good experience at this service center! Will definitely go back here to get work done on my BMW.

Very bad experience, they didnt find out whats wrong with my AC, but charge me 270$. Even didnt screw up my base plate. Its totally damaged

Nick!!! So glad that you were able to go above and beyond my expectations. My first experience here with you was the far best from any other service company I had dealings with and I go through alot of cars. Expected time of my vehicle completion for scheduled 10k matience was faster then estimated. Area kept very clean.You are very punctual, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nick made this so less stress free. I will be seeing him on my next visit. Thank you again. You made my life so much easier!.

They are the most knowledgeable parts department in the bay area. Hands down. I drive FAR because I know they know what they are talking about and are respectful. Go. You will LOVE it. And its close to in and out burger. :)

I’d give negative stars if I could. Came here in Oct last year. Loaner department folks were super mean when we loan and return the car. when we asked if we can get 5 series loaners because our car is a brand new 530e, the person said no, and we said tesla (our other car) offers uber credit for gas compensation, and he simply said “we’re not Tesla”... Service center employees also yelled at me and my husband after we asked for better service attitude, and said they can refuse to serve anyone. We scheduled a meeting to discuss with manager, she told us to be there 8am on the dot while she herself was late by 20mins. Got yelled at again by the employees. Their answers were I don’t know for every question. I would never ever go there ever again. My blood pressure rose so high that I was really angry and trembling. It’s way below any service standard.

Ive already left a lousy review for the dealership. Heres to the service center. Took in my car for oil service. They did a multi point inspect and recommended an alignment because of the noticeable tire wear. They didnt bother to check into the suspension any further. They wanted to charge $$$ for the alignment, so went with AAA. AAA did their own multi-point and told me the front lower control arms were bad. They wanted to charge $$$ for all, so said forget it and was charged $60+ for the inspection. Same thing BMW did and something they should have caught in their so called Multi-point inspection. They had the car for 3hrs. The hell did they do in all that time. Sloppy.

Bring my car here for service (dont know about sales side).Doesnt matter if a visit an emergency or scheduled - service is great! Service advisors, technicians, cashiers are very polite and professional.

It is very hard to get a hold of the advisor once you have question after you picked up your car. I have left my car for service in the weekend and picked it up next Wednesday. I have a loaner car meanwhile. After I picked up my car, i found my navigation used to project to windshield now project to dashboard, and also i got charged on the loaner car. So i want to ask my advisor about it. But I can’t reach him either through the direct line or through the receptionist. The receptionist promised to call me back, but never happened. Basically once you leave, you are done.

They cant promise a loaner car for you when you have a car maintenance here. They will send you to the enterprises even youve reversed a loaner car.

A one star is over rated for this place. Just take my advise, DO NOT GO THERE. They will screw you so badly that you will not even have words to describe it.Recently, they have a new trick, they will take your fixing car for a spin (do use your BMW Connected APP to track the mileages when you leave car there.) Yet, this time those morons are so careless, that they scratched car and leave evidence !!!See the attached pic for my new car in for a bumper fixed, came out with scratched alone the entire passenger side.Anyways, check YELP, then you will see that mine is not the only case for car scratching problem !!!!People buy BMW because we like the car, yet, this horrible place will do everything possible to destroy your car.

Not nearly close to BMW standards. I had an “engine check” light turned on and after I let the car there, I was notified that 6000+$ worth of repairs need to be performed and I would have the car in a couple of days. Given that the car was under warranty I agreed. When I picked up the car and checked the documents at home I noticed that I “somehow” signed that the car was leaking oil and noticed burnt smell. I’m not even sure the repairs were made but this was at least suspicious. I also ordered some sunshades which took 3 weeks to be delivered because they forgot to process the order.

Worst loaner service I have ever expierenced... was going to have over 5k worth of elective work done to my car here but after my experience today ... i am taking my car elsewhere.

They did not inform about issues that needed to be fixed

Confronted, body shamed and laughed at by an employee. No thanks.
