I had a very bad experience.Went for an oil change and enquiried about a small engine noise.Charlie the owner told $200 but finally charged me $750 for a harmonic balance change. Expensive than a dealer. But the noise was louder after replacing new Harmonic balancer.when asked why he didnt diagnose the actual problem, He turned rude asking to take the car and he cannot fix . But the bill he provided had crank shaft mentioned, so thats not legitimate . Dont go to this shop, rude owner and inexperienced mechanic.Will caused more damage to your car.

Brought in a 2008 Audi A4 to fix an oil leak. The leak was correctly diagnosed and fixed and the price was reasonable, but the water pump was put back incorrectly, causing a severe coolant leak, which in turn rendered the car inoperable. Fortunately I was able to refill the coolant and have the leak fixed at a different place when doing other unrelated repairs.

The worst experience of repair done by this workshop. Asked to check an unknown noise from the tire, but instead of fixing it, changed the breaks and installed cheap break-pads. My mazda 3 now have very bad breaks. He charged $200 just for breaks. Totally unreliable workshop in the area.

I was referred to CT auto repair by a friend and thank God Charlie was $422 cheaper than three other shops thanks for taking care of me Charlie everything turned out great I appreciate all the support that you and your technicians gave me I will be back
