Picked up a new bath tub. Quite simple process. Told them my last name and they found the order. They loaded the tub into my Yukon for me. Since there was a line of pick-ups waiting I pulled into the parking lot and finished securing the tub. Took less time than I expected!

Welp.....I wish they still had the Oakdale location. It is where I first met this company. Today I drove from Merced only to find out that now we need an appt. Earliest appt wouldve been next week.Gianna was helpful because I told her I was planning/hoping to purchase, however my 800$ tub that I previously saw on another visit was not a thing that was stocked...the only thing in the size I wanted was for almost 1400; thats quite the difference. I was bummed. Shouldve just called and saved myself the 4+/gallon gas that I wasted ...and my day off.Good news though, I found what I needed - IN STOCK- in Fresno. #ontheroadagain #lessonslearned

Covid 19 precautions require all visitors to call in advance for an appointment in order to visit the showroom. The showroom itself has hundreds of tubs on display, plus faucets, vanities and more. One of he few places you can go to test out a tub for fit before you buy. Closed on weekends and only open until 3 on the weekdays. Plan ahead!

This place is great. Because of Covid you have to make an appointment. But then you have a personal salesperson to answer all your questions. The staff is very helpful

Make sure to wear your good socks. No shoes allowed in the tubs AND they recommend you hopping in. Snacks on Sundays.

The lady at the entrance was nice. However, I took a number and then wandered for an hour. After an hour the number they were serving hadnt changed even once... And there were salespeople just sitting at their desks. I gave up because there were supposedly 11 people ahead of me. Not worth the long drive down here.

Great selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Its one of the few places where you can see a large selection of tubs and try them out before you buy. Its super busy on Sundays since that is the only weekend day when they are open. They provide refreshments to help with the long wait. They are closed on Fridays as well, which is why I only gave four stars.

The pregnant receptionist needs to be reassigned from that position because I really want to like Tubz but she gave me the attitude of the world. You guys have good quality items and with an updated service protocol you can really grow. Look at all the remodeling in the bay area and your showroom is massive. However I can totally see misfit employees dragging you down. Do employees not realize that doing poorly contributes to customers walking away thus losing business thus losing your job? Hello?

The selection is good. But service not so much. There Are very few sales people to help a larger crowd of customers. So you have to spend at least a couple of hours before you get a chance to speak with one of them.

Go there. Take off your shoes. Sit in the tubs. Yes, sit in the tubs to find the one for you. This place is massive and will have your size. I found mine, a man-sized deep soaking tub with jets and a heater.

I made the mistake of driving over an hour last Friday without checking their hours. Thankfully owner Jeremy was there and let me and some others in. I was able to sit in as many tubs as I needed to and found a few that could work perfectly for our new master bath. Jeremy made it easy for me to get a quote that includes LTL shipping up to Seattle. My top favorites are private labeled under the Tubz name. Gorgeous lines and competitively priced.

The best place to shop for a bath tub. They have hundreds of tubs in the showroom. Complementary popcorn, cookies and coffee for shoppers. Relax environment. No sales pressure since they dont work on commission. However, Salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Untrained sales people. The person that I spoke sold me one of the tiniest bathtubs while I was asking for a large one. She did not know how to interpret a spec sheet and guide m e thought he options.

My wife and I were undecided on what tub we wanted for our new bathroom and we drove 30 miles to Tubz because we heard they had a great assortment of tubs on the floor. It was worth making that drive twice as we worked through the decision. Tubz allowed us to see, touch, and even lay in a huge assortment of tubs to literally get a feel for what width, height, curvature, shape, and even shelf size fit our needs and our limited space. In one location we were able to weigh all the options of jet types and insulation versus having a standard tub. The personnel were beyond knowledgeable and helpful and never pressured us in any way. In the end, our contractor ordered the tub from his supplier rather than from Tubz. I called Tubz to offer to pay them money for their invaluable assistance to us in making the right decision and they declined the offer, suggesting that instead i write a review. So heres the review. I encourage you to shop at AND BUY from this high integrity family business.

[Edit]: Our experience with two of sales representatives was very frustrating, while the expedited order was not delivered on time. But manager is very nice and he went out of his way to get our jaccuzi delivered as soon as it was available.My only advice is be prepared to pay lots of additionals on top your tub/jaccuzi purchase![Original]We purchased expedited shipping for 175$ (delivery was additional), and it was supposed to be shipped within 7 business days. It not only didnt ship within 7 business days, but also the staff easily told us it would be delivered within 3 weeks! Frustrating.

We bought our first tub from them in 1995. It is a jetted jacuzzi type tub. We have had absolutely no issues with it. It still runs great this many years later (and it gets used alot). Now, we are remodeling a different house and the local plumber recommends a Kohler which we could tell immediately was not suitable. We call Tubz and they are still carrying the style of tub we bought 22 years ago. Jeremy was great helping with the order. I would buy from them again. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Really stupid customer service setup. Those who are ready to buy and pick up their product have to wait in the same line as those who are browsing, looking at 10-20 tubs, toilets, etc, asking lot of questions and taking a lot of time with the salesperson. I get the need to browse and do research but why not have a staff person take care of those ready to buy? I wait for 20 minutes and the queue crawls from #8 to #9; geez Im 19. At that pace I will be waiting for 3-4 hours to simply pay for a product and have it put in my vehicle. Apparently they do not want my money. I will either order the product online or from another local retailer who can handle the simple task of processing a credit card and providing a product in a reasonable amount of time. No wonder online sales are growing and retail sales are down.

We purchase an air tub for Tubz in Sacamento about 5 years ago. It is very popular with my kids and my wife. We shopped around all the regular places before we found the wide selection at tubz. Kevin the owner help me choose the right one for our needs and even filled it up with water and showed me the unit work before I purchased.These people are great.

They have a great selection and free popcorn, cookies, tea, and coffee.

Customer service desolved after purchasing a new showerhead. Phone calls and emails were not responded to after the purchase. I would have returned the expensive showerhead but their 50% restock policy is punishing.

They had good selection of tubs that you can actually see and even sit inside, and ordering was straightforward. However, the tub delivered had a leak in the piping, My wife called them and asked when they can fix it, and the only answer she got was they dont know. I called them again and asked when they can fix it, again the answer was I dont know without ANY explanation. I was dumbfounded - they simply dont care.While its true that they dont fix tubs themselvesbut the manufacturer does through authorized local contractors (hence the schedule is not under their control), this is like car dealer delivering a bad car and then say I dont know when the problem can be fixedwithout any further explanation on the process.To the manufacturers credit, it was fixed quickly.But I have to say Im deeply disappointed, and wont shop there again.

I recently bought a tub there for $1700 and then went home and found the SAME exact tub at Lowes for $1200. Thats a HUGE difference in price. My advice is look but dont buy from them if you want to save yourself hundreds of dollars. Also, after calling Tubz and telling them about the $500 price difference, the owner agreed to meet me 1/2 way on the difference. Since that phone call a couple of months have passed. I have emailed them a dozen times reminding them of their offer. I have heard many excuses, but have not seen one cent of the refund. A lot of talk and no action.

If you are looking for a tub, this is the place to go. Wear slip off shoes so you can get in and try the tub out. Shoes are not allowed in the tubs.
