My husband and I have been wanting to get number bed for awhile.We visit freemont location to purchase the bed.Staff was friendly and nice but dew to not enough people working we waited for 30min and didnt get to trying out the bed we just perchance the sale bed.We felt very rushed.( it was not staff fault just lacking employees)It would have been better experience if someone taken the time to explaining different beds and things.Thank you!Bianka

Both Alexis and Karla were great! Very professional and were knowledgeable about the mattresses. I called to make an appointment and Alexis was great on the phone. She answered my questions. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted warmly. Karla assisted us by taking us through the different models. I had already done some research so I had an idea of what I wanted to try out. She was patient with us and we went back and forth on the model we wanted to invent in. We took advantage of the free financing they offered us and cant wait to sleep on our new mattress!

My wife and I have always been interested in Sleep Number bed so being one of their best model on sale with 50% off we made the trek to the Fremont store.The store itself is very clean and well organized. We were happily met by Brad (forgot his last name) and with all my questions asked, his answers were very informative. Brad is quite knowledgeable with the products.We were then taken to the model (i5) set up to provide customers willing to test the bed. It was so comfortable I wanted to take a nap. My number is 55 and my wife, 45.My wife and I were both SOLD and we ended up purchasing the LE model (this is model between i8 and i10).We also bought 2 pillows and the protective cover and were given discount. The pillows were amazingly comfortable! Just the pillow alone have put me to a good night sleep. I can hardly wait to sleep on the new bed. Thank you for all your assistance and straight no bull answers Brad!

Nice store and they let you try all the beds. The agents were nice to show all the options available. The beds are quite expensive when compared to their ads.

As soon as I laid on the mattress my body just relaxed, stress relief and It was a wonderful feeling. Right then, I knew I had to have this bed!!
