Used to be an amazing place to get all kinds of liquor. The options have reduced a lot now. They have included a lot of food options, might be helpful for some people. The service is still very good. Happy about that. Place is very clean

Always a fantastic selection of everything. You could count on the workers having knowledge of the different types of beverages they carry. Love the garlic stuff olives, kids request the old fashion soda choices, cool gift idea. So many choices to choose from. And if they dont have a specific item your looking for, you can ask them order it. Always friendly, and quick to help. Love this store! ☆☆☆☆☆

Friendly staff and an unbelievable amount of good priced alcohol.

Worst customer service ever!! We bought an expensive four pack and when my husband opened the first can it was not tasting well. We checked that it expired more than two months ago.We went to return in the following day. The person was rude and did not accept the return because we did not have the receipt, which wasn’t provided when it was bought.How come a Store do not track their items??

Always has what I need! Like, I enjoy making Dark & Stormy drinks. They have the Dark Jamaican Rum, Ginger beer in various sizes and the lime is at the checkout. Both the mixer & rum by Goslings was available.

Rearranged layout is more welcoming. It may take some getting used to but beer is no longer at corner like them videos in ye ol video stores.

I browsed here some years ago, alone, in person. It was the very first BevMo I had ever been to, alone then, alone now, no different.Only non-alcohol products were looked at closely.I remember that it seemed like there could have been more floorspace, oh, maybe all of the existing floorspace, plus another half of that minimumwise.My visit was at least 10 years ago, and it did not take a specific controlled access as I have known it to be at other BevMo locations, a.k.a., right here in Bakersfield, CA., U.S.A..

Bev Mo is back to in store shopping. This is a clean, bright, well stocked shop. People are friendly and service is very good. Be sure to get a membership or you will not get the discounted member price. When you check out, dont line up at a check stand, but rather look for the barrel to stand behind for next in line check out.

Always got something on sales and hold tons of label for each kind. People work there knows what to answer as well, so ease to browse. Just small shelf of Japanese sake dropped 1 star.

BevMo in Fremont is doing a wonderful job of keeping customers safe. They have plexiglass barrier walls at the cashier counter and also have specific areas to line up with designated spacing for social distancing. The selection of wines, hard alcohol and beer is always top notch as well with great customer service who are always willing to help out.

Awesome store. Ordered online, chose a time to pick my order up and it was ready and waiting when I got there. They have a really nice selection of wines and knowledgeable people who know their inventory.

Great collection of alcohol and veey well maintained store.. the staff is friendly and nice and help out when you have questions. The 5 c sale is just awesome.. the app provides info which helps with selection of drinks.

This used to be my go to place. But their selection is poor and poorly displayed. Ive never seen the same people working there on two consecutive visits. It feels dingy and cluttered. And their prices are significantly higher than their competition.

This buy 2 of the wine I buy, get $3 price cut per bottle simply rocks.. And Liquor is definitely at a discount.. ie Jack Daniels 750 ml bottle (huge) sells for $39 -$49 elsewhere is $29 at BevMo regularly. Yay!

Was looking for their old Strawberry Blonde Ale and the guy who I asked immediately knew they didnt have it but went to check if theyd get it in or if it was discontinued without me having to ask him to do so, very courteous service and the cashier was quick.

Made an online order. I live in Hayward, and came to Fremont, and could not find the store. Finally found the store and it was 10 minutes after closing. I asked if I could pick up my order, and the manager said no. I paid for that online, people were in the store and the transaction had already been processed, I feel that with my proper identification the manager could have been courteous and given me my product. I dont think I will buy from them again. I think that the worst part was that a clerk went and asked the manager and the manager did not have the courtesy to tell me himself.

A good BevMo in the East Bay, with great selection and prices, as well as friendly staff. Recommended, as I often stop here to purchase wine/beer/liquor on the way to social gatherings elsewhere in the Bay Area.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff along with generally good selection.They have a good selection when it comes to wine and whiskey, no trouble pairing your dinner with a Pinot Noir here.Unfortunately for me, not as much selection when it comes to sake. They carry one particular daiginjo that j really enjoy, but they usually only have one, maybe two bottles if Im lucky. When theyre out, well expect a dry month before they restock.

Theyve got us all fooled. The customer service is terrible and their prices are higher than going to a mom&pop liquor store. Dont waste your time here. Go to Total Wine and spend your money there. Service is sub-par there too, but at least youll save money.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they generally always have what I want. A bit more pricey than other stores, but the convenience of their location works great.

Their buy one get another one for 5 cents is always a good deal. 👍

The manager is a jerk. I had to return part of my order for wedding, so I went to the nearest bevmo. We asked the manager if we could return an order we purchased from another store. He said yes. Then, my husband carried all the returned items from our car. These items were heavy because we purchased them for our wedding.When I was waiting at the counter, the manager told me he could not do the return because he had to manually add up the club prices. Really? Why didnt you say earlier? He also said he was very busy on Friday night. We had to carry all the heavy boxes back to our car. And then went back to the store where we picked up our order. Is that how you treat your customer?

I like going to BevMo. I always get help picking out wines as Im new to drinking different types of wines. With their recommendations I have never been disappointed. There is plenty of parking the store is always clean and I can always find somebody to help me. I usually end up buying higher and whines because a lot of them you can buy one and get a second bottle for a nickel. My friends have actually made the person to choose the wine and theyre much more experienced wine drinkers than I am. Its all because of the help I receive from the associates or employees at BevMo.

Like the place for the good drinks.. Now I have given up drinking, thanks to bevmo for all the nice spirits.

I wanted to buy A box of my cigars and they said they would sell me one. They sell single s . My box runs about $120 for 24. They said I could get it fir$218.35. Now you tell me, online $90, them? How greedy can a company get. Ill no longer frequent their establishments. I would of been ok with $150, but NOOOO....

This is a smaller place when compared to milpitas bevmo. So is the collection. But you get mostly every type of liquor.There might be a small range of Champaigns . I went for one and i wasnt finding what i need. Do they have expensive Champaign, yes they do . But thats not the point. Not a wide range of collection

I placed an online order and when i arrived after a drive from hayward to fremont i was told they were out of stock. damn poor customer service. they did leave a message at my home, of course, too late. i left the store before telling them to cancel the order and when i got home tried calling. called times and each time let the phone ring more than 20 times with no answer. this is a very poor store with young people who have no customer service ability.
