Farmer Brothers used to be our vendor for our coffee but now since Aramark bought them out, they are our new vendor. When they first took over, a very nice guy came in. We went over all my expectations and he took note of what we normally order and how often. He took a lot of notes...but he left the notebook behind.Someone came to service our machine and told us that he doesnt have the parts because our machine is so old. He said he could get us an airpot. Months later...we still have our old machine.We were charged $65 for Bronze HS - high sediment that was sitting in our kitchen still wrapped in plastic. We gave it back to our account rep but they are still billing us for it.We are constantly running out of coffee because our rep only drops off one box (if that) a month, we need at least 3.When we placed an order last week, instead of just delivering it, our Aramark rep just popped his head in and asked the guy up at the front if we needed anything instead of saying that he had our order. We never got our order and had to order coffee from staples. Staples came through! Overall, we have not had a good experience with Aramark and are looking elsewhere for a new coffee company.
Used my credit card in Cisco Bldg P-2, twice to buy same product but didnt vend the product. Dont know how to get back money.
