This is by the far the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. Pete (the owner) is honest, cordial, polite, and just overall pleasant to be around.He will let you know exactly what your car needs and will help you to save money/time when possible. He’s even taught me how to assemble parts myself to save the labor fee. Plus, he knows European cars well (I drive an Audi). If you own a European car, you’ll know most mechanics aren’t familiar with their engines.On top of all of those perks, he has his dogs in the shop with him which make for great company.I always recommend Autotek to everyone!

Peter is the owner here. He is very fair with pricing, and will not do any unnecessary work. He even offers a discount if you bring in a bag or two of food for the Tri-City Volunteers that he supports. He has experience with foreign and domestic cars. He is very honest, straight forward, and trustworthy. He does own two dogs that are on the property, but they are very well mannered and friendly.

I had an issue with my CNG bus and needed quick service! Peter was more than helpful on the phone and assured me he could fix any CNG related issues. I went to his shop the following day, he took immediate attention to me and put me in high priority because I was on a time crunch. He helped me with a full vehicle assessment and was able to tell me what is wrong within 20 mins. His knowledge about my vehicle was superior. His friendly manner, amazing customer service and specialized shop were both surprising and appreciated. I will be taking my CNG vehicle and any others I may purchase in the future exclusively to Autotek in the future!

I purchased used auto parts off Craigslist and seller recommended his mechanic in Fremont, CA for the installation. Peter did the proposed work with safety first and foremost. He first answered all my questions & concerns, did a very professional job and his shop charges were very reasonable. If you need an honest mechanic and live within 30 miles of this shop, you should bring your vehicle here for repairs.
