I recently visited the store to get a kurta for my husband. I found the customer service amazing! The gentleman working there immediately helped us out and suggested some great styles. They may be pricier but the quality, styles and the customer service makes up for it. Definitely coming back for my next big event!

I had ordered a sherwani for my wedding from India but when it arrived it was way too small. Two months out I drove down the Shehnai to find something locally after hearing about it from a friend.Overall the experience was terrific. I was able to call ahead and get a sameday appointment to look at some styles. They have a great selection with modern options, and the staff was helpful and patient with me throughout the process.They even stayed late to hem the pants while we waited so we didnt need to make another trip down from SF. Great experience, highly recommend!

We got my fiances Sherwani and a lehenga for me from Shehnai and we were very satisfied with the selection and customer service here. It was nice to have an appointment reserved for us to find our outfits without feeling overwhelmed or rushed. The staff were super helpful and attentive to our requests, and they got our alterations done extremely quickly. Most importantly, the quality of the clothes we purchased was great, and the prices more reasonable than some other places weve seen in the Bay Area. Id highly recommend Shehnai for all your Indian clothing needs!

Owner is Rude as hell! But the staff is great. If the staff hadn’t been so nice I would have left the store and bought only fraction of things I ended up buying . Having seen the mushrooming of ethnic Indian stores and restaurants in the Bay Area for over two decades, visit to Shehnai Bridal Boutique (SBB) is like a whiff of fresh air. The store is conveniently located in a shopping plaza with ample parking space, so no worry about looking for a parking spot. Upon entering the store you are greeted by a smile and warm welcome (yes, you can still sense the smile behind the COVID-forced masked faces).They have a huge collection of apparel for ladies, men, and children. The garments are displayed in a very organized way. Something different than seeing everything cramped on hangers or in plastic bags. You can touch and feel the displayed item and ask for the size that you need. Selection is latest, of good quality and design, and in plenty. They even have choices for infants (1-year +). Besides apparel, they carry ethnic Indian footwear (for both ladies and men), jewelry and accessories.You may think of doing a quick in and out, but looking at the selection, and the help that the store employees provide, most likely you may end up spending more time.They also have an in-house alteration arrangement, which is a big plus.Highly recommended store!

Huge collection of indian ethnic wear in the bay area. I have visited a lot of places shopping for my wedding and other rituals but shenai has the best mens collection.If you are looking for Indian outfits for any occasion do visit.Their pricing starts from 100$ for simple kurtas to grand designs.

We had great experience. They have good quality jewelry. They have somewhat a good collection of clothes. Unlike other stores who have poor quality, this store has nice designs. Great customer service.

Decent collection of traditional Indian suits and dresses. Staff is helpful. Prices are little higher though, we felt but my wife bought couple of things from here including jewelry. Experience was fine.

It is a beautiful, family owned Indian boutique in Fremont that carries mens and womens outfits, and real jewelry. Very friendly people and great service. I am very happy with the stuff that I bought there for myself and my son.:)

Probably the best place to get bridal wear for men and women. I recently got married and Shehani was our go-to place for mine and my wifes bridal wear.Their selection is great, but I had something specific in mind for my wedding sherwani and reception jodhpuri. They were very open to having that custom made for me. I was nervous at first because I was agreeing to something that couldnt touch and feel, but both pieces came out excellent. Once they arrived in ~5 or so weeks, we made a few tweaks, and it was good to go!I received so many compliments on my outfits for the wedding - even professionals like my wedding planner and other wedding vendors were impressed by the quality of the work. Would highly recommend working with them for all your wedding needs.

Sales people very unfriendly. After requesting multiple times to show items, that kept ignoring and did not attend at all. Definitely not customer service orientated shop

Great selection and reasonably priced.

Horrible products and customer service. This jeweler and garments retailer has inferior products. Anything unavailable in stock is instantly called a “custom” order. Once you receive it, it’s a different style that is two sizes too large. We weren’t even asking for our money back - just store credit for their screw up. Will never shop there again.
