ZMC upgraded our kitchen and bathrooms. The sales team were quite professional and effective. The price was decent. The installation team were very detailed oriented and completed the project on time. Jeff was very friendly and easily accessible. We are happy to have engaged with ZMC in this project.

DON’T GO THIS COMPANY. It’s an NONPROFESSIONAL company with REDICULOUS service. I order the tile with 2 weeks waiting and they gave me a difference tile but tell me it’s the same. And not responsible for my loss because I used partial of tile. I request them to pay the labor to help remove the wrong tile and need return the tile whole fee to me as compensation. They push the liability to vendor and was an irresponsible company. So far I didn’t get any compensation. Its been two weeks and they didn’t provide the reasonable compensation.

The most competitive price Ive found in bay area for premade cabinets. The designer that I worked with (Yuqi) was very professional, efficient, and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

We ordered the cabinets from ZMC, Taylor is a good designer and help us on our kitchen design. She is really nice and patient. And easy to talk with. I strongly recommend to ask her if you need any cabinets design.

We purchased kitchen cabinets from ZMC couple of years ago at the recommendation of our contractor. He told us that we could purchase domestic-made cabinets, instead of the Chinese-made ZMC cabinets, but would pay twice as much. I wish I had spent the extra money. The ZMC cabinets are cheaply made Chinese cabinets with cheap sprayed finishes lacking durability. When we were selecting the cabinets, I asked “Grace” if the “cherry” cabinets were actually made from cherry. She confirmed that they were. In reality, these cabinets are made from some type of soft, easily damaged wood, with a spray finish that mimics cherry. This finish is already peeling and rubbing off the cabinets is several locations and the wood has been dented in several locations, simply from routine use. The lazy Susan cabinet mechanism is trash and one hinge on the corner cabinet split. An ice cube melted against one of the wooden kick plates and the veneer peeled off. Grace talks a mile a minute when drawing up the cabinet plans. She made a mistake with one of the measurements, which my contractor discovered. She wanted to charge me a restocking fee because, in her view, I was at fault for signing off on her mistake. The best advice I can give you is to please spend the extra money and purchase durable, American-made cabinets.

Recommended for my buyer who just purchased a house in Elk Grove. We have ZMC to customize the layout designs, and within scheduled time frame, they are able to delivery, install and finish the work. The Granite countertop is VERY nice. Price is very competitive and the after-sales service is excellent. Its a little bit far from Elk Grove but it is worth the drive to get a good deal and the quality of products.

I find ZMC cabinetry price competitive. I have visited many other show rooms in the Bay Area. I finally decided to get my kitchen cabinets from ZMC from a service and quality standpoint. My sales consultant is Ivy. She is professional, efficient, and customer oriented. She provided excellent recommendations. I am a very delighted customer.

Order was incorrect when it was read back to me several times and was correct in her notes. She didnt apologize for her mistake. A polite apology goes a long way. Cabinets are okay. They have a decent color selection if your are in the south bay.

They took their time to help us chose the cabinets and change the design few times. They delivered my cabinets on time and did a great job on installation! I’m very happy with the result! Do not shop at this place. They are not honest with the customer. They knew I ordered a certain size vanity top, they did not have it in stock. They were not upfront and honest and at the last minute when loading things in the van they tell me that they do not have what I ordered. I called them every day for some thing or the other on my order. Not once did they mention they did not have what I thought I was ordering. STAY AWAY from this company at any cost.

I know of several companies that only come to this place for cabinets and quarts tops and have NEVER had a problem. With competitive pricing and great customer service, five stars all day!

If I Could give no stars I would! Worst ever. Every day they were at least an hour late! Cabinets are so crappy it’s not even believable. We haven’t even had them six months and they are all crooked and basically have one thin coat of paint that scratches off super easily. Not sure how others are satisfied with this company.

Recently I just purchased a set of Kitchen cabinet from ZMC. I got the newest style Light Grey Shaker cabinet. It is very nice and clean look. I was debating between the off white and light grey. The sales are very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions, help me color matching the countertop and tile backsplash. The price are great, they assemble my kitchen cabinet in a week. I closed the deal happly. I highly recommend this cabinet store to everyone.

Ordered the kitchen cabinets 1.5 year ago. Have been satisfied with the product so far.

Ask them that you want to choose the granite slabs and you see what happen?? They dont have the slabs that i need when i need it and they make me wait for 2 hrs for the granite slabs and when they show Up i told them that i dont like it that i want to choose the ones i like it and they told me sorry the warehouse is not open to public 😤😤😤😤

ZMC Products5/12/2016 SELLING DEFECTIVE GRANITE COUNTERTOPI had the kitchen and bathroom installed from ZMC and encountered2 incidents back to back where they sold me defective granite . THEY THOUGHT I WOULD NOT NOTICE THE DEFECT.My bathroom had a defective counter top so I went back to them and asked them to remove and re install the granite counter top but instead they gave me the discount given by the OWNER INAI HAD KITCHEN REMOVATED AGAIN THEY INSTALLED DEFECTIVE GRANITE WHICH I DID NOT NOTICE IT WAS MY RENTAL CONDOI SHOWED THEM THE PICTURES AND IT IS SO BAD AND THEY SAID THE WARRANTY IS FOR 1 YEAR AND REFUSE TO REPLACE THE COUNTETR TOP . I PAID $6000.00 FOR KITCHEN CABINET AND COUNTER TOPS FOR A VERY SMALL KITCHEN. I SPOKE TO JEFFREY THE OWNER SON AND SHOWED HIM THE PICTURES BUT HE HAS REFUSED TO HELP REPLACE IT .PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM THEY WILL SELL YOU DEFECTIVE MATERIAL - I WILL TALK TO MY LAWYER TO HELP ME WITH THIS NOW
