Recieved great service and help from the sales and finance teams. Mr. Molina was especially helpful in finding the right car for me given the shortage in the cars supply. Got a very good price too . While the sales customer service was great, the leasing took a very long time, finance department was backed up that day and we had to wait several hours . Once in. The process was very smooth.

I brought in my 2012 X5 diesel last week, because there were a couple of service reminders for the engine oil change and brake fluid change. The advisor, John Lund, was very warm hearted and professional. He helped to figure out several other items that need to be worked on - apparently I have not stopped by for service since the onset of COVID-19! John also helped to arrange for the Uber and made sure I met my schedule the rest of that day.BTW, BMW Fremont is offering a great engine oil change program, which is a prepaid $199 for 3 years coverage! I would highly recommend this program to all bimmer owners :)

I reached out to the dealership to sell my 2018 BMW convertible and was connected with Ali Bayat. Ali shared honest opinion around pricing and was prompt with follow ups. I sold the car to this dealership, though I had similar offers from other dealerships and marketplaces for selling cars. Why? Because Ali sets expectations right, is transparent about the process, and you will get the check on the same day though not within the time they would let you know.The dealership is dependent on some centralized system for processing paper work, so that does exceed the quoted timeline. So if you dont mind the extra wait, you can bring the car, the title and keys and leave with the check on the same day.
John was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I had a laundry list of things I needed done to my M8. Each was addressed and no issue with obtaining a loaner car, which I appreciate as my car was in service for a couple of days. Have been a long time client and will remain one.

The overall buying experience was excellent and the (Ray) sales and finance team was super cooperative till the time the car was purchase.... post sales i am having issue with reaching out to the (Vincent) finance team to resolve issues with loan amount showing up.... leaving messages or call back nothing happens so very disappointed with the overall experience with this dealership....
Nick Lal was a great host. The car was dealt with with great care. I was in a rush so the complimentary wash was not the greatest and also after a while my brake service lights came on on the dash, which I had to reset, so the team at the dealership did not reset them? Not sure what happened there. All in all great great dealership experience and definitely plan on coming again for all the work.
This is my first BMW. Fortunately, I found this shop. Their attitude and service are first-class. Even my 5-year-old son likes it. When Ah V is a good friend. After returning home, he remembered his friend Ah V all day long. I am very happy to buy a car.

I had a very good experience talking to the staff here and specially Dilip (sales rep), who considered my requirements holistically and showed all the relevant models/configurations for my exploration of new BMW X5 2021. And also with a bit of negotiation, landed up with a good deal on it. Felt happy and satisfied. Would recommend anyone checking out the inventory before hopping around different dealers as this would reduce your overall time with a fair deal.
Got my first BMW, x5 45e, with Jerry’s help at BMW Fremont. It was a custom build and I enjoyed the entire experience. The price negotiation was all done via email. The communications from Jerry and his managers are professional and crystal clear. I would buy from them again. By the way, the car is fantastic!
A little expensive for an oil change but on the ball. Got the recall service completed on the first try unlike Premier Subi (took two tries to get it right) Dont use them much but will if I need them.

I always receive the best service at Fremont BMW dealership. My car gets checked by the most experienced technician (Foreman) who completes the inspection and explains the details of the repairs. I have had some of the best service advisors at Fremont BMW since 2003. This is the place for my car.
My experience buying a new car with BMW Fremont ended up being great. My salesman Mohamed helped me throughout the entire process of purchasing my car, making it a smooth and pleasant experience overall. Additionally, he was responsive (via email/text) whenever I had any questions or concerns and kept me in the loop about the status of my car since I had it special ordered. Peter from the finance team also provided great service and had me in and out of finance in 30 minutes! Glad it was a quick process and I was very happy with the purchase and service that I received.
Charles was terrible customer service, bad service. I dropped off my car for service. He held my car for one day, but he didnt fix at all. When I came to pickup my car, everything still the same as when I dropped off. When I told him the car havent been fixed anything yet, he said make appointment and come back again. Waste my time for nothing. This was the worse service! Never come back again!
I highly recommend BMW of Fremont Service Department. They have been servicing our BMW 2009 X5 for many years. John our service representative keeps use inform on any additional services or repairs needed and cost. I continue to go back. Because of the excellent service and quality of work. Also, they wash and vacuum my car before returning back to use. That is greatly appreciated.
Mohamed Kamal was such a patient and helpful sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what I wanted. We ended up custom ordering a car which took a few months. In the process he gave me updates on where the car was in production and when it was being shipped. I had a great overall experience and would recommend him to anyone.
Went in to lease a car after viewing it one day before - sales guy provided zero support. We just moved to California and have a previous address in Chicago. Guy went to check with manager and came back saying we need a current address and a lease agreement for residency one week down doesn’t work - no calls were made to BMW financing and no effort was made to make it work. I cannot be bothered to guess why but just thought will leave a review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2020 BMW M2CS from Calvin and Harris. This was my second purchase from this dealership and their customer service standards never disappoint. I appreciate their no pressure sales approach while at the same time working out a great deal on the car. They didnt try to oversell, or undersell, me or the car. Instead, they are all about getting you in the vehicle you want. I was also able to be in and out of the dealership in a timely manner with a smooth transaction. Hi there, My family and I had the most terrible experience yesterday at BMW of Fremont with sales and service. I went in to buy out my leased SUV and to get my car from service, as service was also due. This is a 3 yr old SUV under factory warranty. Logan was very rude and impolite to me and my family. They also grossly misrepresented/misstated the selling price of the car more than the lease payoff quote directly from BMW, were unable to explain clearly the cost and the process involved, and also misrepresented the California DMV registration and title transfer fees. Then when I did not want to buy out the car because they were rude and were unable to explain the payoff cost/process and DMV fees clearly, the manager Andy was refusing to give my car back from service even though Charles from service already told me on Friday that my car was ready for pickup and there was no charge to me. Then Andy and the dealership sales people were holding the car hostage to pay a $250 fee for Smog, which they insisted multiple times was required for title transfer for a 3 yr old car (which they also previously said would be absolutely no cost to me.) But the CA DMV stated clearly they dont need a Smog inspection for title transfer/sales of gasoline cars less than 4 years old (and even if required for some reason, Smog is no more than $70 at most places in the area which I am happy to pay if required). After I complained to BMW USA and Autonation, they finally released my car back after a day of harrowing experience. Still no explanation from the dealership for the higher payoff quote and the DMV fees.
In April I purchased a 2018 CPO 530e and have been happy with it. After two months, the check engine light came on as well as the service light. The check engine light was caused by defective grill shutters. While in the shop they also took care of a second recall (something about the turbo wastegate). Since the car was in the shop for over a week, they were kind enough to provide me with a loaner which was a 2021 530i demo.No complaints about any of the above.My issue is the service light. I had just purchased the car less than two months prior and put less than 1,000 miles on it. The service tech said it needed an oil change! I purchased a CPO car and one would think they would have at least changed the oil. I was given some excuse that service is based on time/mileage so it was not done when the vehicle was traded in by the previous owner. Seems like they need to rethink their procedures. When one buys a CPO vehicle, there is a premium associated with the warranty and no one should be taking it in within 1,000 miles and getting hit with a routine service bill.

The only thing I would change about my experience is I’d hope for more communication during the long process, but I now understand it takes many many steps when buying a car haha. Charles, Service writer was great, gave discount and matched independent shop prices, but I can’t say the same for the technician who diagnosed the car problem. Came in with 535i interior lights on draining the battery. First suggested to replace the battery and register to see if it solves the problem. It didn’t, I figured that out before hand but I was willing to try. Then was told it was a kbm module. I declined to do it. Came to pick up the car, service writer said the technician diagnosed the car and found light switch was the problem. Now I’m confused, light switch or kbm? Can’t be all three problems. Seem to be flip flopping. My educated guess would be it was a guessing game not a real diagnosis. Well, figured it out when I received the light switch and installed myself.
Avoid this place unless you want to wait hours at the dealership. BMW fremont books hundreds of customers while only having 4 guys at the dealership to take care of the clients. You will end up waiting at least 2 hours after your scheduled time. And BMW Fremont wont even have coffee while you are sitting there waiting. Among the worst service experience!
One of the worst customer service experience I had. I had my appointment for service inspection and complimentary car wash/clean. Had my appointment booked at 8:40am in the morning, never had anyone come for attending until 9:05am. When I went to the desk for help, the person sitting there was saying it’s not his department and service department should be checking. At least he could have checked or pointed to the right person. Finally after few more minutes, someone attended. We went for the complimentary check up and wash. He updated me that everything was fine with the car, good to go. After I showed him the mail for the complimentary car wash, he said he will try to get some one do it. We waited for a while and finally got the keys. When I got near the car, it was not washed at all, looked the same as it was before. When I asked the manager about this, he said he was not the person doing it and said it would further take more time if it has to be fixed. There was never a real intent shown on helping the situation. I left the place very unhappy. As a customer service manager, I would expect someone to really ensure that the issue is addressed and customer walks off happy. Atleast I hope they don’t repeat these kind of service when It’s for a regular maintenance.
Excellent and caring service provided by Nick and the rest of the team. I recently moved to So Cal and dealt with multiple dealership service centers here, only to be turned away or blown off. I decided to drive back up to my original BMW and Im glad I made the 5 hour drive to do so. Nick was so kind, attentive and informative. He made sure to keep me in the loop on every service my car was receiving or needed. I cant recommend him and the rest of the team here enough.
Last week I had an appointment to have my X2 right rear turn signal looked at. the display let me know that there was an issue. after they looked at it they let me know that the housing needed to be replaced, unfortunately they did not have one available. they ordered the new housing and it came in on Thursday this past week andwe scheduled the appointment for the repair for Tuesday next week. after the appointment I will update how the repair went.
Straight forward transaction, got to see the trade in value and cost of new vehicle all up front and Mr.Dilip was paitient and not pushy during our visit. We were also able to purchase a power train warranty through the dealer, which was extended peace of mind. So happy with our new 18 Honda Accord 2.0t Touring😁

Went in to get a recall fixed and was told it would take an hour or so, ended up taking 2.5 hours. They were only offering drop-off service through Uber, no pick-up, which doesnt make any sense so ended up waiting there itself. How is one supposed to reach the service center to get the car back?!The service center was out of coffee and even cups for drinking water. The water bottles in the little fridge were frozen.Finally got the car after 2.5 hours but the parking assist sensors were going off crazy so had to come back within a minute of leaving. I told the service representative that wasnt normal, instead of checking they argued that it looked fine. Eventually they realized that was indeed a problem after taking the car for a quick spin. Turned out the license plate holder wasnt put properly in place so had to wait another 20 minutes. Quite frustrating.

Call to make appointment with confirmation of loaner car, however on the spot I was told they don’t have loaner car and they only offer one way uber, later on told me they only offer for car owner repair that required longer service period... Most importantly the service agent kind of rude in handle this, and this is not the standard that you should expect from a luxury car dealership!

The price on the cars was not the actual price. The car we were looking at had a 17k dollar price difference. Thats a big oops after testing driving! The sales man was nice, but we didnt buy a car

I brought my car in for a recall only and was told there isnt a loaner due to Covid so I decided to wait. I waited for nearly 3 hours then to find out it took longer. I panic a bit because I have to pick up my son (25mins away) and Nick with quick thinking provided a loaner that someone had for weeks and help clean got me home quickly. The car was done the next morning with full report and when I dropped off, Nick was right there with my paper work ready, explaining what needed to be done on the safety inspection and kept apologizing for the wait from yesterday. Staff was nice and friendly. Thanks for helping get through the day without panic! :-)

The Fremont BMW people were fabulous from towing to fixing to parking for a few days to accommodate my travel schedule to pickup. I am quite satisfied.I have real concerns about how my certified pre-owned 2017 BMW 330i wagon came to have a stone-cold-dead battery, malfunctioning seats, blown fuses, and a coolant-leak catastrophe within a thousand miles of purchase, but that is for BMW of North America to worry about.The Fremont BMW people took care of me.
Brought my car for airbag recall on Saturday, car was done the same day but I was not notified.I followed up on Saturday 3pm, didnt get responsefollowed up on Monday 1pm, didnt get responsefollowed up on Monday 3pm, didnt get responsefinally got the response on Tuesday only to learn that the car was done 3 days agobtw, my cell phone mount is missing after the work. They mustve put it somewhere in the car but I couldnt find it. Still waiting for response.although I appreciate the work, can hardly say that I enjoy the communication

Not many car dealerships listen to their customers especially during a time of low car inventory; I thoroughly enjoyed the buying process and financing process was stress free! This is the bmw dealers to come back to because they care about their customer.
Im out of state and purchased a BMW Z4 from BMW Fremont. The salesman, Peter was very helpful and responsive. Communication could have been better from the back office/sales managers/finance director. I simply wanted to get a bill of sale, shippers name and bill of lading and it took several emails. I did eventually get them, but did feel like once they got my money they were less responsive. I did eventually get the documentation and the car. One other area of concern was the 120 point check list. There were 2 items listed as need repair, I assumed they would have been fixed since they identified them as issues but when I received the car they had not been fixed. I have not followed up yet on the 2 items as I just received the car, but will soon. Ill be interested to see how they will handle since Im out of state. Overall, I think my experience would have been 5 stars had they been more responsive and had the 2 items corrected.

I went to several BMW dealers in the past weeks. None of them have white X7. Lucky, second time visit Fremont BMW, there is new one just coming in two days. So buy this one. My sale is Sohail. He is vey supporting, nicely answer my questions, helping me with paper work. Since I didn’t have valid US driver license, I have to bring my friend who have valid US driver license in order to take the car out of Parking lot. In addition, my bank card issue, cannot pay down payment in that day. So I text Sohail which day I will bring my friend and payment check. And the other day everything went smooth, provide check, get the car without any “surprise”. Overall, I give 5 stars

This was without a doubt the best car-buying experience Ive had, thanks to Mr. Peter Humphrey and the exceptional staff at BMW Fremont.I was interested in purchasing a new 330i, and had spent a solid 2 months sending out inquiries to different dealerships.Ultimately, I decided to look into the Costco Auto program (if a member, I highly recommend you look into this), which was how I got connected to Peter and BMW Fremont. Peter was extremely responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. He worked with me to get the best price, and provided me with a great offer on the particular 330i I was looking at.This is the first BMW I have purchased, so the equipment and entertainment/safety features were totally foreign to me. Well, Peter took the time to walk me through all of the features on my vehicle and provided detailed instructions. I recently flew halfway across the country to buy a CPO car at BMW of Fremont due to its unique color combo, options packages, and low price compared to my home market.I reached out to Winnie Chen via email after seeing many positive Yelp comments about her. She responded right away & even sent me a ton of close up iPhone pics of the car to assure me of its excellent condition.When I was prepared to commit, she helped me sell my car to a local AutoNation dealership the morning before I hopped on my flight to San Jose. There was another interested buyer in Fremont, but Winnie held the car for me in good faith, never asking for a deposit.She arranged for me to be picked up at my hotel and, upon arrival at the dealership, Winnie took me to what was soon to be my car with a ribbon on the hood and a note on the dash. She handed me the keys and sent me on a test drive by myself so that I could take my time to be certain everything was in order.The car was in better condition than I could have hoped, so I jumped into paperwork and was on my way within two hours. I had a great time getting to know my new car on the 1700 mile trek home and have had zero buyer’s remorse. Winnie and Vince (finance) have both checked in with me post-purchase to make sure I had a positive experience.I certainly did and highly recommend Winnie, Vince and BMW of Fremont.
This is my 2nd review for this dealership in less than 90 days after I purchased my car with them. Cracked windshield was the 1st problem that they gave me a run around before they decided to replace. Thanks to Andy I guess hes the GM in sales. But this time I have a suspension problem and found out its not even covered by the 90 day warranty although it states in the contract that front/rear suspension is covered. The extended warranty that I purchased for $2800 which they presented to me its covering wear and tear etc...come to find out too many restrictions. I guess I got fooled and trying to find out if I can just cancel that warranty and get a refund. Sent text/email to Logan and Nicholas but of course I got ignored. Called many times to talk to them but they always say not available meaning theyre hiding! Sorry but this is so unpleasant for me as a customer and I dont deserve to be treated this way. I was scammed big time!!! I should have known better and shouldnt let them take advantage of me. I guess nowadays people do everything to make money even in a bad way. So sad!
Buying a car from BMW Fremont felt like it was a great service. I was definitely excited as it was my first car. Things were good at first However, they are always busy when calling and their response seems to be quite inconsistent. I eventually sold the car and needed to ask them a few questions regarding a refund but haven’t really heard from them. I won’t buying from them again.
My experience with Calvin was flawless, best car purchasing I have ever been thru, and I have bought a lot of cars! Communication was fast, prompt and with all the right information. No hassle pricing, agreed on time to meet, and I was in an out with an amazing car in around 1h. Highly recommended.
Ever since I purchased my BMW, I chose to come to this particular for a reason — customer service — from the minute I walk in the door, I see everyone being helped and guided by the staff there. Saturday, 7/17/21 I was assigned to Matthew Richardson. All I needed was a general oil change, tune and check up. Well, like a doctor’s office, you get good news or bad news depending on the issue and health of your car. All I can say is that Matt was great from beginning to end and was very patient with me (although the service department was extremely busy that day) and helped me understand by explaining the issue and the importance of getting the repair done. I did not feel “get the service done now” type pressure and when I asked he gave me options to take my vehicle elsewhere, but he also explained the guarantee of BMW’s service and guarantee. He was an honest service advisor that knew his stuff. I made the decision to bring my car back in a couple days to get the repair done only because of his honesty and dedication to making sure I was “ok” with everything we had discussed. Hands down — kudos to BMW — because that’s great service advising there!!! Ask for Matt Richardson your next visit. You won’t regret it!
I had a flat tire that needed replacement. I called that day and was able to order the new tire (it was not in stock) for arrival the next day. I had fantastic service from BMW Fremont and was even able to add in my routine maintenance service for the same visit. The staff was professional and responsive. They did exactly as asked.The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because they did not have a loaner car readily available, which I understand since it was on short notice. They were able to get me a free Uber for my ride home, which was within their local radius, but they told me they dont cover the ride back to the dealership for pickup so I had to pay for my own.
Great service! John Lund was a first rate service advisor. I would recommend him highly and also won’t hesitate to use his services again.
Regret purchasing my vehicle from this location. Sales rep assisting me wasnt helpful. No follow up after driving off the lot. All he wanted to do was make a sale. Needed to schedule a service repair for my vehicle and a new battery for my key fob. The matter was only resolved after I had personally reached out to one of the managers. Unfortunately, this location was the only one with the vehicle I wanted. After my experience, would have rather went to a different dealership. If you can, avoid purchasing from here or being assisted by a sales advisor named Daniel.
