Bought my used truck from Sid Dillon several months back. I had issues with my backup camera being hazy. The service department looked at it and I expected to be quoted a price. This was a used truck and it was not under warranty. I was shocked when they replaced it for free. Wow, amazingly easy no hassle experience with their service department. I am very pleased with the service I received at Sid Dillon. I had my windshield replaced and they did an amazing job!! It looks as good as new! They got me scheduled in a reasonable time and completed the work in the time they stated and for the price I was quoted. I was impressed with the work they did and was happy to find my car vacuumed and wiped down afterwards.

The guy who towed my vehicle did a great job. Prompt. Courteous. Friendly.So far, the repairs(engine replacement) are good. I have not noticed any issues. Spoke to a mechanic at one point. He was patient and helpful.Service reps: When I was able to talk to one, they were Courteous and helpful. Five times I called the dealership to get an update on the status of the repairs. One call was answered on the third time the front desk secretary rang the service department. Two calls were also forwarded 3 times and I had to leave a voicemail. One of the voicemail was never returned. The fifth time (after 4+ hours after the previous voicemail) I was forwarded 3 times again and asked by the front desk if I wanted to leave a message. I told her no and that I had already done that and I was going to call corporate instead since no one at Sid Dillon was able to speak with me. Ironically, the previous voicemail was returned within 30 min later!That brings me to the front desk itself. The gal answering the phone does so with a monotone like voice. I dont remember her using any courteous or respectful words like please and thank you. There definitely was nothing apologetic said when I was unable to be put in contact with service those many times. My impression by her words and voice was that this is normal and theres nothing I can do.

My recent visit to the dealership was very rewarding, I do not drive very many miles in my pickup on a yearly basis. I only need it serviced once a year. This time I also needed a switch in the dash replaced, it was a little longer wait, but I was able to get everything handled that same day.

The situation was a mixed bag. I knew that due to the pandemic it would take longer for my car to get into the shop and get worked on. Once it was in the shop two parts were replaced, but when it was done that turned out not to be the issue. It seemed a bit like they were throwing parts at it until something fixed my problem. I got my car back for a few days while they waited for a slot for the mechanic to be able to work on it again, which felt a little dangerous given the fact that at this point it was decided it was most likely something to do with my timing belt, and I was told if I kept driving it like that it would ruin my engine. While I appreciate the honesty of the service department I also feel that this approach ended up costing me a second claim on my extended warranty, and could have potentially ruined my engine considering I had to drive it home when the first work was complete, and drive it back for the second work they needed to to. This also meant an additional deductible. I dealt with Amanda in service, and she was very pleasant and helpful. Overall I trust the work done by Sid Dillon, so I would take my car back there for service.

Purchased at Dillons, but live in Arizona so unfortunately wont be able to take advantage of thier great service. I purchased my 2015 and 2021 Corvettes through them because the sales experience was likewise a pleasant experience.

Backed out of garage with door not all the way up and broke antenna off. Mark stood on back bumper for quite some time and worked with two tools to get screw part out of antenna. He apologized several times as the antenna had to be ordered. In a couple days he called about part being in. Told me to pull in to his desk and he’d put it on. We had a great experience buying our truck at Sid Dillion. Tyler was our sales person and was very helpful during the whole sales process. We live an hour away and he was able to take some close up pictures and provide me with more detail on the truck so we knew what to expect when we made the trip. We have been to other dealerships and have arrived only to find the vehicle not as described. The purchase process was very easy and we were able to get a fair price and a few extras we wanted. Tyler was also very helpful with scheduling my bed liner installation and repairing some rock chips we requested.

Appreciated the option to schedule an appointment time for an oil change and the speed at which the process was completed. Some car dealers offer drive up first come first serve Quick oil changes but in actuality there is nothing Quick about them with estimated waited times between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. My appointment at Sid Dillion was for 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:25 AM and I received my car back at 10:05 AM. The oil change completed, the car washed and a check list completed. Thats outstanding service.

I had an issue where the truck wouldnt start. Initially the battery checked out O K. After some more diagnostics it turned out the battery was bad. I did not have an appointment, I just drove in and explained the problem. It took about 90 minutes to have me back on the road. This is why I drive from Omaha to Fremont to have them do all my service work. I recommend Sid Dillon to everyone I talk to.

Lack of communication is definitely happening there. My vehicle did not have all the work done on it like was requested, only half. Then called me several times wanting to know when I would be coming to pick up my vehicle when they are the ones who picked it up from my place of work and I was told that they would drop it back off at the same place. The gal on the phone was kind but again there’s no communication. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone.

Ryan Fiala did a superb job of helping us select our new Chevy High Country 250. From the time we pulled into the dealership until we drove off the lot with our new truck, he called, texted and emailed updates of delivery of this purchase. No matter if it was his day off or not, he took our calls and kept us updated every step of the way. He helped us choose accessories and was patient when we were trying to make those decisions not ever seeing our vehicle until pick uptime. For us never getting a new vehicle from never seeing it, the process heightened our anxiety but Ryan calmed us each time. He is a great asset to the Sid Dillon Dealership. Sid Dillon Chevrolet was amazing to work with. Specifically Nate Beran! I live in MN and was looking at a car on their site. He took the time to text me videos, pictures, and talk to me about what he knew about the car. He was incredibly nice and zero pressure. I sent him pictures of my trade and he was able to get a very nice trade offer for me before spending 6 hours driving from MN to NE. He was very patient as I looked at the car and in my opinion, bent over backwards to make sure I got what I needed in order to be comfortable buying the car. He even took the car to another location to have someone look at a blemish on the car to see if they could fix it for me. When I identified other issues that they would not have been able to address that day, we worked out a deal for the dealership to cover the cost of the repair if I wanted to but the car. Keep in mind, the car I was looking at is 8 years old and was being sold As Is! I had the issue addressed back in MN and true to his word, Nate had a check sent to me for the cost of the repair! I felt that the experience that I had was nothing short of exceptional.Thank you so much Nate! Super friendly and accommodating. Already had my pick up picked out and financed. Walked in there with my fiance to sign the papers, and she saw a car she wanted. The staff at Sid Dillons quickly got her financed and all the paperwork ready, and we ended up driving away with two new vehicles. About the only complaint I have is having to set up the OnStar there at the dealership. I feel like this is something I could have easily taken care of at a later time if I chose to even activate it. Overall though, we had a great experience at Sid Dillons.

My husband bought our daughter a used Ford Edge from Sid Dillon in Fremont. She’s attending Midland University and needed transportation as we live over 5000 miles away. He was super impressed with the Sid Dillon employees throughout the buying process. They knew we lived so far away and told him if she has any problems with the car to call them. How awesome is that kind of customer service? We felt reassured as it takes 2 planes for us to get to NE. Her car ran perfectly for freshman year and Sophomore year. Then Covid hit. Sophomore year was shut down in March. Her vehicle went into a storage unit for 6 months. Our daughter arrived for Junior year and pulls her car out. Clearly something isn’t right. It sounds off. It was Serviced prior to storage, battery disconnected, etc. In a bit of a panic as I’m (mom) leaving NE to fly home we call Sid Dillon. Explain the situation. They said bring it in now. We did. The service department is the cleanest I’ve EVER seen! They diagnosed and corrected the issue that day. We drove off (us girls) with a massive relief and so much gratitude to Sid Dillon for truly keeping their word about helping our daughter. I’m not sure if this is NE customer service as everyone is so nice here or SD service. Either way THANKYOU Sid Dillon!

I purchased my first car from Sid Dillon Chevrolet in Fremont, last Saturday, and had a great experience! I initially went in to view the Equinox I was interested in on Tuesday night 10mins before closing. During this visit Mike and Nate were nothing but accommodating, they answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel rushed as I looked the vehicle over. When I went in Saturday to pick up my vehicle Mike made sure I got the best deal possible and thoroughly explained my options. I also appreciate the time Nate took to go over all of the features in my Equinox. Overall my first car purchase went better than I could have imagined and I would definitely recommend Mike Sintek and Nate Beran. These guys gave some exceptional service and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase every step of the way. I called Jared to tell him I was interested in a new car but not sure which one. I said I wanted a good solid car/sedan that would get good gas mileage. He recommended the Malibu RS. It was the most beautiful car Ive ever seen and fell in love with it. The price was right and my trade in was fair. Jared and Jim were able to accommodate my price range as well.
