The sales department was friendly and treated me well. I have never and am still not impressed with a couple of the service representatives. I know a service writer relays info from tech to customers, and that can put them at a disadvantage. Ive asked them specific technical questions and got a shoulder shrug. I called a omaha service dept. And they answered my questions in less than 2 minutes. Sales staff is good people though!

I worked with Ray Snodgrass over the phone and email over the weekend and throughout a whole week. We live in CO and traveled all the way to Fremont NE to get this car considering it was the only one that we could find in this color combination with in the range of 5 other states! Talk about customer service, this dealership was awesome and had incredible employees that you can tell really enjoyed working there and wanted to make you the happiest you could be! I was able to put down some money to hold it until we could drive out there the following weekend to pick it up and all in that time I was able to have floor mats and a clear bra added to the car as well! Super awesome place, I would def recommend them!

My wife and I are 250 miles away. We were in Lincoln for a concert and thought we would look for a car.We stopped at a couple big name dealers and did not feel warm and fuzzy.My wife was looking for an Equanox. She found one online at Sid Dillon and we headed up to Fremont.tGot there and was introduced to Martin. We told him what we wanted and he showed the car to us. We took a test drive and had a laugh or two. We decided on the car and we had a great experience getting everything done.A month later we got an email from Martin asking how we liked the car.We told Martin it was great however we had an issue. Martin got us in contact with the shop manager and I told them he issue. He apologized and advised us to bring it in.This was 250 miles one way so we were a little nervous. My wife drove the vehicle to Fremont where they had a GMC SUV full of gas and they told her they would call when the car was done.They called and said it was done so my wife drove back and filled the loaner back up with fuelShe drove the vehicle home and it seems to be greatWe feel this was very much worthwhile taking the car back to a place that treated us well and took care of the issue.We will be telling our friends and we will be back for our next purchase even though it is a long ways awayThanks Sid Dillon!

Sales person Britney is the best Ive dealt with. Ive bought several vehicles and she has been the least pushy person. I just happened to run across a vehicle I was interested in and made a couple hour drive to check it out. Sure it takes a dealership to have the inventory but it takes great sales people most importantly.

Andrew was professional and didn’t waste my time haggling on price. Chase was also extremely professional and easy to deal with. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was nice and very helpful. While the minor issue was frustrating, it was resolved with mutual satisfaction. One of the other salesmen noticed a defect in the paint and it too was corrected.Had them apply ceramic coating to paint, under coating and leather interior protection but they didn’t have any information on product and how to properly maintain it. Hard for me to encourage others to get this service when I can’t explain the details.

Tremendous dealership with a great selection of new and used Mazda’s. They’ll work with you and treat with 100% class. Great experience and helpful, Greg salesman did an excellent job and answered all my questions I had. Relaxed atmosphere no pressure sales and reasonable price. Bought a 2015 GMC SIERRA 2500hd and Greg showed me all the features of the truck. After a week of having it he called and asked how I like it and any other questions I had really appreciated that. I took my 2014 Encore into the dealership to replace faulty engine oil pan that was noticed during my last oil change. The service staff was very pleasant and provided a 2016 Enclave as a loan vehicle to drive while the car was being worked on. When I returned to pick up my Encore, it had been washed, vacuumed, and properly taken care of. The service staff was very polite and I appreciated the care they took of my vehicle.

I worked with Ken and he was great to deal with. He was honest and very helpful and not pushy at all. Great salesman with the customer in mind. That’s why I’ve bought 4 vehicles from him in the past 20 or so years.

Steve Fastenau did an excellent job getting our Sierra ready for us. I called him and told him which pickup I wanted and he took care of everything and got it ready for me the next day. This is the second GMC we have bought from Steve and Sid Dillon GMC and they took care of us with excellent service and great responsibility. The finance department and service department are also top notch with their processes. The whole process was painless and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed working with Derald when purchasing my GMC Terrain. He was so patient with all my question and was sure to make sure I got the best deal! I would recommended him to all my friends and family when looking for a vehicle.

I researched on line for a GMC product and found what I wanted. Joe, and Sara both emailed me. I was slow at this process because I did it as time allowed me. Joe was patient, not pushy and when it became 3 months or so Sara emailed me. Both were very pleasant and easy to work with. When I got to the dealership Justin helped me also. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Answered all my questions before I could ask. He took me on a test drive and orientated me to the Terrain. I didnt get to the dealership until noon, and was home by 5, and even stopped for some groceries on my way home.

I had seen a Ram Truck that I was interested in but it was at the Crete store so I called and asked if they would be willing to bring it to the Fremont store and they agreed. I showed up and went for a test drive and liked the vehicle but when I wanted to negotiate they were not willing to move on price and basically said it was the price it was and they could not go down anymore, I had told them I found one at Roys grand for several hundred cheaper as well as 7k miles less but they still would not move so I asked if they could put a bud shield on it and they said no. Unfortunately for me I really liked the style of the pickup and was going to buy either way but I just felt they could have done a little more and really seemed to not really care whether they had my business or not. I gave them a check for 27000 with no trade. I also sent them an e-,mail asking about the free oil changes for 2 years that I heard they give when you purchase a vehicle but have not heard back, I think they could have at least returned my e-mail out of respect for my purchase. So in the end I gave them my money but didnt really care for the service or attitude so I will not buy another vehicle from them when it comes time to buy again.

Fantastic service group! Always take good care of me, whether its a simple oil change or a larger job. They make sure my vehicle is reliable and working correctly. And, of course, its great to have it freshly washed when I get it back.

We just bought our new Buick Enclave from Sid Dillon GMC in Fremont and could not be happier! We got a very fair deal on our trade in and our salesman (Rich Eyler) really took his time showing us several options and models for what we might be considering. And when they didnt have the exact car we wanted, they were able to find one and had it ready for us a couple of days later. He even let us know about a current deal for Costco members that ended up saving us nice chunk of change! This experience made it worth the drive from Colorado and we will definitely be coming back to Fremont for our next vehicle purchase.

The purchasing of my truck was very good until I receiver the payment book and realized the financing was not a three year plan but a four year loan. I told the manager I wanted a 36 month loan but this did not happen. I blame myself for not catching this problem at signing, but I trusted these people too much. Do not get caught up in a social conversation during signing a contract.

Brandon called to tell me my vehicle had arrived and when we arrived at the dealership it took only about 2 1/2 hours to complete all the paperwork. I would recommend Sid Dillon. Ken Hultgren stayed late, after closing hours, to get the deal done, detail the car, get the financing, and get us on our way. He also went out of his way after work to bring us a few things we had left in our trade in vehicle a week after our purchase. The key for Sid Dillon is the down to Earth nature of the employees. Makes a big difference. Once you get past the price, they are excellent. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they, like most dealerships, make you feel like youre being totally unreasonable with your offer price, and trade in offer. Other than that, great experience.

My experience with Sid Dillon was very good. The personnel were all VERY helpful and friendly, with no pressure applied to purchase the vehicle. There was no hurry to close the deal and get me out of the facility. The purchase price was in line with my expectations. Most helpful was Sid Dillon Jr., Justin, and John. My only complaint was that the vehicle was on the internet advertising that it had navigation and was verified by a phone call to a lady at the dealership. When I arrived to look at the vehicle I found it did NOT have the navigation and was very disappointed. I felt that was an advertising falsehood. I was pleased with the rest of the vehicle accessories. I received a follow up call latter that day and the following day by Justin, concerning satisfaction with the vehicle.

Rich, Robb, and the rest of the staff were great to deal with. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We made the trip from Lincoln to Fremont and are very happy we did. They do a great job!

One year ago I purchased a GMC Acadia. They were easy to work with on price and on the test drive I pointed out a few flaws. They replaced and fixed what was needed. I found it online and requested to inspect it on a lift upon arrival. They had it in the shop already lifted when I arrived. Very friendly service I will purchase my next vehicle there also

We were very happy with our car buying experience at Sid Dillon. We called in with a specific vehicle in mind and it was ready for us to test drive when we arrived. The price ended up being within our expectations. When a sensor needed reset after we got the vehicle, our salesperson set up the service appointment and followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was set right. Very satisfactory!

I went into the car dealership with a few ideas of the vehicle I wanted and within minutes our salesman had a few vehicles at the door for me to look at and compare. We looked at a vehicle here and a very similar one at Woodhouse. Both did a very nice job. This one was cleaner, but both were right priced. However, what made the difference for me, is they disclosed everything about this vehicle. There was nothing hidden regarding engine lights, hail, etc. They didnt need to tell us that information, but they did. They have stood behind this sale better than anyone Ive ever dealt with. This is my first time with Sid Dillon...probably wont be my last!
