This place is wonderful bought my first official car here back in 2010 it was a Nissan Maxima 2005 it lasted me over 6 years I even sold it to buy them a newer vehicle. So far me and my family have drove 2.5 hours to this place with a total of 6 purchased vehicles since 2010 all vehicles have worked great for us. Truly recommend them. If you are a perfectionist dont bother buying a used car go into a brand new car dealership and get barried into a 6 year shallow grave contract.

I went here to try and get a car and all the cars are damaged in some way. Scratched up, missing mirrors, broken parts. Looks more like a pick n pull. They told me I can drive off with 1,200 down and I ended up pulling out 3,600 by the end of our conversation. They kept finding more reasons to try and take my money. Reasons that didn’t even make sense. I asked for my drivers license back because I wanted to leave and they refused to give it back. I had to walk inside the office and tell them to give me my DL. They are the WORSE dealership.

Their cars are ALL damaged and scratched on the sides and headlights and they take forever to attend people I went drove 1 n half to their dealer and a shirt lady w a bun giving attitude asking her how long was it going to take for someone to come and attend me and at last no one came and till I was getting in my truck some guy came up when we were leaving I said we weren’t intrested in their service no more

It was a 10/10 place very communicative and honest helped me out when I needed a car the most I would purchase another vehicle again.

This is the worst place to deal with the rob you for your money. We gave them 500 dollars to look for a car because the car that was promised was sold to someone else. And when we went back and try to get our money back they said no because the invested in another car we never agreed to get..Ruben was the name of the sales man he is rude, lied to us and even had the nerve to hang up on me all because he did not have a valid reason to give me the money back. If anyone knows how to take this to a civil matter please let know and please don’t shop here WORST DEALER EVER!

Worst place to get a car. All the cars are all messed up and have allout of damage. We were going to get a BMW but then they told us to wait a week and it was the day to pick up the told us that the car wasnt going to be sold to us. WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR!!!

I bought my 2017 truck there ! They gave me great service and they had incredible staff. They offered really low payments with credit union. I recommend looking at the bay auto for you next purchase.

Almost 2 years ago I bought a car from this dealership. They took advantage of me they knew I was in a very desperate need of a car and they sold me what ended up being a “Salvage” car. I was a student at that time and I don’t know how they financed me with Wells Fargo. After a few months the car started to develop problems. At first it was the battery which raised my Insurance due to the numerous calls I made to them for help with jump starts and towing, later the transmission failed living me with a big bill for a new transmission. I have spent so much money just to keep my car running but I cannot keep up with the bills anymore. There is always something wrong: Tires, electrical, locks, loose bumpers, etc. This past weekend I decided to trade this car and went to a new car dealer. Worst time of all this experience! I found out over there that “The Bay Auto Dealer” sold me a SALVAGE car. Since they refused to work with me, I have notified already the proper authorities so they can take action on my behalf. Please be careful and check where you buy your car from! I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place! Please dont buy cars here!

This place is garbage got a 03 ford mustang gt convertible not even 6 months when my ABS light came on my rear axle was all messed up had to get it replaced and my rear window was glued instead of being screwed in. I dont recommend anyone getting a car from this place but if you do make sure you take a mechanic.

Really disappointed to buy here I do not recommend it at all! I grabbed a nissan altima that already had a blow, they said they were going to leave it as new, encourage me, but after three months of paying we realized that the blow that it already brought is also internal, just to fix the problem it costs us 1500 we went to Talk to the diller because it really wasnt our fault and they just have us waiting and the one who claims to be the manager “Ruben” doesnt answer us, they dont give us a solution !!! The worst place of all to buy cars, the price they have is twice the value of the car, all their cars are dirty inside and the tires are out of air, the cars have blows wherever they want, in their advertising they say $ 500 with good credit, $ 1000 to $ 1500 no credit, and $ 1500 to 2000 bad credit and when you get there they want to ask you at least $ 2500 and another $ 1000 within a month, I spoke before going because I live an hour and a half away and they told me you come with an id, try work, proof of address and with money only for registration and paperwork and as soon as I told them that they still did not check my credit and they were already asking me for a minimum of $ 2500, plus another $ 1000 for a month, what a waste of time
