I bought a coworker a iPhone 13 mini screen protector and clear case. Spent about 88.00. Will they appreciate it?? Im hoping so because thats an expensive phone not to protect it. Lol

Worst customer service according to T-Mobile standards. Manager is the worst guy I have experienced in customer service. Manager playing games on his mobile and doing nothing. If you ask any questions, it seems bothering him and lazy and rude to reply. Also I felt a pinch of racism. I know T-mobile cannot do anything about it. People will still continue to visit the store. Weirdo!!!

Had one of the worst experiences ever. Went in for a trade in offer and the manager didnt know what he was talking about. He was rude and arrogant and started questioning my credibility. Was trying to be nice until I couldnt and walked out. Definitely dont recommend to go here.

Bought a Galaxy a71 5g phone. Manager added a line to my account without informing me. I called the store multiple times and went there. Manager never returned my call. T-mobile customer service removed the added line. No words of apology or explanation from store manager

Horrifyingly terrible customer service the older gentleman wanted to fight and claimed he didn’t care about t-mobile because apparently I had an attitude when he was the one that had the attitude and raising his voice for no reason.

Very Disconnected staff. I know more about their phone plans than the employees helping me did. They insisted that they were right even though I had the T-mobile website pulled up on my phone with the details in my hand, and I was being told that I was wrong. I would say the employees helping me did not know very much at all about customer service, they were just used to selling people brand new phones and setting up a new service with someone who didnt already own a device. Not impressed, which is sad because I seriously started to consider switching to another carrier after Ive tried twice to get some help. (every time I go in an employee says something different, quotes me a wrong/different price etc. etc. . . I am not sure how this happens (should be black and white numbers here).

I recently visited this T-Mobile and at first my experience was quite undesirable. I went back the next day and had superior customer service by Richard Joseph, Store Manager, Store # 4247. He helped get me my rebate that a previous T-Mobile employee forgot to inform me about. He also called customer support and they worked together to get a credit posted to my account. I do understand the business of the store and that is why I went back to this store the next day. Richard Joseph did everything within his power to ease the previous situation I had experienced at T-Mobile (long wait) and he helped me situate my BOGO phone rebate situation. All in all, the employee that helped me was awesome and I want to acknowledge his help with my situation. I have been a long time customer with T-Mobile and I will continue my business with T-Mobile in the future.Kind regards,Debi Kipp

Need more Reps to help with customers service!! When were there only to pay bill and when more than Three customers in store 🤗it’s very tight. Wait to long when only pay a bill. !! Need quicker quality services and -Waits too long!!!Staff friendly!!

Visited this store for getting assistance in cutting my T-Mobiles micro-SIM to nano-SIM, instead the store representative insisted that I purchase the new SIM ($15) from them. Expecting this basic courtesy service from the T-Mobile store.
