I just picked up some arrangements as a walk in and staff was more than helpful. They were very accommodating to please me and provide what I wanted. I definitely recommend coming here for fresh chocolate dipped fruit.

One of their employees (Elias) helped me out BIG TIME with a last-minute order! I live overseas & needed to place an order for same-day delivery. The website was not allowing me to order the delivery for the same day, so I called the store.Elias answered & was SUPER helpful, even giving me his cellphone number so I could text the order details so nothing was lost in translation over the phone. He was quick to respond, professional, and very courteous.Communicating with someone so customer service oriented definitely makes me want to do business with this company again. Thank you!

Called in a last minute order and Elias was very gracious half hour before close time to make sure that it was made so that we can have the arrangement that we wanted. He was very helpful to which I greatly appreciated it.

My co worker surprised me with a birthday cake, I thought a Edible Arrangement would be nice to say thank you. It was a last minute decision, stop by the one in Fremont on my way home, the sales person was polite and very helpful.

I placed an online order for a dozen chocolate strawberries to be delivered to my boyfriend on Valentines Day. The delivery was never made, so I attempted to contact the company to resolve the matter (Their website continues to show my order in process). Over the past week Ive made 15 phone calls to Edible Arrangements, sent 5 inquiry emails, yet I have not received a single response from their customer service department. I recommend you avoid this business.

Excellent service on Valentines day. A walk in custom made white chocolate strawberries takes about 10 mins to make. Plus they added a bear for our wait. Awesome service 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ordered on line. Paid to deliver at my wife work. I tried calling from noon to 4 PM always busy, must have taken their phone off the hook. I drove to the store and I spoke to 3 different people, all with different excuses. Finally a young woman told me they dont have to deliver by a specific time. After all this its 5:15 and my wife is off work. She offered to deliver to my house. Its after 6:00 PM and nothing. They still havent delivered anything. Horrible services, employees, franchise! I want my money returned.

Called the morning of the delivery to make sure my order was delivered early to my daughter school since it is her 18th Birthday. I ordered a bundle of balloons and chocolate covered strawberries. My daughter didn’t not receive them till after 1:00 pm and she got 1 balloon!!!!!! I called the store and the girl said call back tomorrow morning and ask for a manger !!! I definitely want a refund !!!! That was not what I paid for !!!

I went to pick up an arrangement for my grandmothers birthday. The man said he forgot to make it and gave me another one similar that he already had. We realized the next day it was molded.
