Love to have the store near my home, regular visits for any quick grab. The robotic smoothies are cool, yet to try the Subway. The patio collection has nice display, specially barbecue, bikes, and swim noodles. Staff has been supportive whether in help for self check out or carrying heavy items to car.

Why is the store opens from 6am-11pm but the pickup only opens from 7am-8pm?Why didn’t the email pickup message tells me in-store pickup hours are different from the regular store hours?Same for the customer service and return department. Their hours are different too.Same for items that the app said it’s in store but nowhere to be found on the shelf.Same for price mismatches where item price listed during checkout is more than what is shown on the app or on the shelf. Sometimes by a few cents but more often by a lot. Buyers beware.Tried to order item online but order got cancel because it’s out of stocks yet when I drop by the store, it’s right there on the shelf.Why make shopping at Walmart so convoluted, confusing and frustrating for your customers?

Extremely unprofessional staff and system my wife placed an online order to develop the picture, we suppose to take that picture on my uncle’s funeral, when I went to pick up the picture on given time frame no body was there to help me out I waited 25 minutes to get assistance and later someone showed up by saying they haven’t developed the picture and we are sorry about that could you please come back next morning. Again by next morning when I got there still had a same experience of non professionalism picture was not developed and answers were same sorry . Extremely unethical grade of service .

I think is a great place to shop especially if you are cutting down on your budget and they have a lot of items at good price.

Great workers but they need to update the Walmart apps alot more...

This particular Wal Mart is cooler than most in the Bay Area because you can actually get your tires done here for CHEAP, and although they dont have actual hunting gear(like the ones in Texas, Oklahoma,etc. ), they still sell all sorts of good camping stuff,including fishing poles and have a good sized selection of gun cleaning kits.

Walmart.com has no handle on its inventory. I have ordered on line a few times and more than twice they failed to deliver. First time they had no stock and I had to cancel order after waiting several days. Second time I arranged to ship some gift items. At the delivery time I received a message that order will be delayed, but no mention of how long. After waiting for two days I am wondering if I will have to cancel this order also. It was a time sensitive order. Compared to Amazon they are about a century behind in customer service. I will cancel my Walmart+ membership soon. They are very unreliable.

Correct price, good clothes but less collections

If I could give you 0 stars I would...the lack of effort when it comes to customer service is disgusting. No one, from any dept answers the phone....what if I was elderly or disabled? Absolutely insane do better at hiring employees Walmart, especially management!!! My money will no longer be spent at any of the Walmarts in Fremont!

Purchase propane exchange tankthe item is at the back. but you need to go to front counter 7 to pay. then go to front entrance customer service to ask for service. then the person will walk you back to counter 7 to get the key. then walk to the back . 45minutes basically you need to walk through the whole store from front to back and wait on two counter lines. i dont understand what is the back counter open for? the lady was so free there. Bad purchse process flow. no worth your time, unless after dinner walk for better digestion.

I honestly love this Walmart. Good employees too. Only problem is that the website is not very useful because they dont update the stock of a certain item.Other than that its great. Also, awesome smoothie robot and subway

Only one check stand was open on a busy Sunday and self check wouldnt take cash Very poorly managed. The lines were long and people who were in line were not told that they wouldnt take cash until they were checking out. Then they had to go to the back of the line with the only checker. Bad bad bad.

Horrible pick up! I came in entered my name in the m kiosk and have been waiting over 15 min for someone to even acknowledge I am here. I called the pick up number and it just ring and rings and rings. I finally saw an employee and asked her for help and she went in the back and said there is no one here working pick up. She had someone paged for me so I hope someone comes because this is absolutely ridiculous! I will NEVER do this again!

It is a huge Walmart. Excellent location, next to fast food restaurants, gas stations, and 680 fwy entrance.

Went because the website said there were six pairs of pants left (at a good price), but I was not able to find them. When I asked an employee I was given some strong attitude, pretty much stating that if I cannot find them then there are none left. No offer to help in any way or ask if I was checking the correct area. I understand that working at Walmart isnt the best paying or most glamorous job, but if I ask sincerely as a last resort, I would at least expect to be treated in kind. The last few trips to different locations have been this way.

There are a few people here that are great however today was not..I went into store #2989 on 7/5 with my grandmother. Per our usual shopping 3x a week there. Today was beyond bad. It was busy of course because of holiday. Not enough staffing. We went to check out at a register her light was off but was checking people out. We put our stuff on belt. She called someone else over come to find out she was only doing returns. She didnt tell us could have but didnt. We went onto next row started to check out and she only did half my grandmother items when they were all together.On to mine I saw a sale on fruit pops they were 5 for $1. They rang up $1 ea, I told her she proceeded to just say they are running up a $1, she had someone go with me to show her. I did and told her I got 5. We walked back and she started talking to the associate in another language. I told her can you please speak English I do not speak yours it is rude. They say she was telling me about the price I do not care its rude. Then she starts ringing it up .50 ea. I said again they are 5 for $1 she says I am. No, 50 cents is not 5 for a 1. It equates to .20 cents. They say lets just get them out of here to each other. My grandmother hears it. Beyond rude. We shop here regularly for a very long time. Worst customer service ever.

I drive out from San Jose just to shop at this Walmart. The Walmart on King Rd is way too crowded and dingy. The Mcarthy ranch location is similar. This Walmart on the other hand, is less stressful and much cleaner. Its worth the extra drive!

This Wal Mart doesnt have a full grocery department. Its not a Super Wal Mart but it does have Meat, produce, dairy, frozen foods and most grocery items. Its just not as big as the Super Eel Marts. It also has everything else the other Way Marts do. No deli or bakery. Its the go to store for most items needed. Its clean but the Customer service isnt that great.

I went around 4-5pm on a weekday and there were barely anyone around which is good because most Walmarts are crowded. For the most part people were wearing their masks. Some of their items in the baby aisle need to cleaned though. I wanted to buy some baby lotion but the bottles were greasy and gross. Some of their other items need to be stocked more frequently. The employees looked kind of lazy just walking around not doing much. Not much I can say about a Walmart but this location is one of the better ones.

Great place

This used to be one of the nicer Walmarts in the area, sadly thats no longer the case. The aisles are a mess and the client base now frankly makes bringing my family feel unsafe. I will no longer be shopping at this location.

Average store for most of needs: food, clothes, school, electronics, etc. Unfortunately, I recommend visit the superstore instead given this one doesnt have a lot of variety plus some shelves are empty.Look for items markedgreat value, they are genuinely cheaper compare to generic brand at equal or greater quantity. Ex. $0.99 for great value hotdog buns (8 counts).

Its the same as any other Walmart, though they have a robotic smoothie making machine near the entrance. Also, some of the more expensive isles (such as the beauty products) have security cameras monitoring you.

Big big parking lot. Not too many groceries. But the good thing is, not crowded at all.

Since it is Walmart i am giving 3. generally i like Walmart when compared to amazon. the service is good. But Very less options and they don’t restock it often. other day just “Salt” was out of stock. keep this Walmart location as last option when plan for Walmart. Walmart in Hayward is better cause it is super-center

I have received a very bad attitude from the lady her name is Mimata manager at Walmart she doesn’t know how to deal with customers and knowledge of her job, doesn’t respect people who come to spend their money on the nice location of Walmart brand

Clean and well organized, not so crowded (which is good) but there are not enough varieties of goods as expected.

Limited selection and only one register open with 5 shoppers checking out. The store was not crowded though

I came to the well organized store to find pet treats but it was not there. So, I was also looking for plum jam and it was there. So, happy. Not a lot of stores carry plum jam.

Always has what i want but the walmart lemonaid

This Walmart has a huge selection. The store itself is humongous and there are so many things to look at.The toy section and kitchen-ware section seem never ending. A great place to go if you have a lot of time on your hands.

Went there for curbside pickup. It was very quick - less than 5 minutes.

It was good experience.. but they had only 2 cashiers for 15 customers in queue.. and they were really tired too..

If it for the lower prices for thing Id never shop there again. Disneyland is the funnest place onearth. Going to Walmart is like going to the most miserable place on earth.

Always crowded and never enough resisters open. Staff take 40+ minutes to come assist with locked up items and some times do not even know where the keys are to open the cabinets.

As always variety of options to choose from and reasonably priced.

This Walmart I cleaner and less crowded than the one closer to my place. And a special thanks to the 3 front door guys. They treat me like family.

Small isles. Merchandise in walkways makes it difficult to move through store and avoid other shoppers. Pick up is in the back of the store. Self check isnt cleaned after people use it. Cant contactless pay from self checkout.

Store always have what I want and easily to find

This is a grocery store and I come here often to get away from how packed walmarts get in the san jose area and to come find they dont have BAGS!! People spend 100 or 100s on food and some people live in apartments, having NO BAGS is very inconvenient and the store should post a sign before entering entering that they dont have bags.. Its upsetting because people have small children and it is hard dealing with this minor set back.. You find out there are no bags when you are paying, this is not the first time this happens :/

I hate it here I had to wait literally an hour in the line and the cashier was a middle aged Chinese lady she takes her sweet time customers in the line behind me start getting frustrated and she does not care

Their curbside pick-up is a great thing! Very convenient and safe way of shopping! And my greatest thanks to the mobile app - it leads you every step of the way, making it work. I had great experience!

Clothes fashion improved a lot. Milk doesnt get sour too soon. I love crafts department and house maintenance. Whilst you cannot buy anything below $15 in other stores, here is a choice of products under $10.

I wonder whether WalMart has ever monitored how many people are in its store at any one time during the pandemic. It was definitely crowded this time round, and I dont mean thats a good thing.

This is the best one in Fremont and it has a E.A. electric car charging station.

Am giving this Wal-Mart one star which is sad and humiliating anyway due to covid i understand that some products are being limited to one per costumer the other day am standing in line ready to pay and i see a lady with a bunch of wipes and nobody says anything and when i took two sprays of microban the manager made a big fit and i dont think its fair say something to everybody not just one person and apparently some cashiers are not trained properly either some say something and some dont this is why am writing this review its really confusing i see some cashiers not saying nothing to people who take more than one item so i didnt think it was a big deal taking two cans so people make up your minds PLEASE WAL MART EDUCATE YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS WHO DONT RESPECT POLICIES !!!

Toys needed to be stocked didnt find what we came from San jose to Fremont for

Store is pretty much whats expected of a Supercenter. Mid-morning shopping was quick and easy. Tie-in could be improved though between the Store and its TLE department (aka the Auto Center) for online tire purchase and in-house installation; what should be one-stop convenience is neither if I have to visit each department independently.

Keys were lost before I had gotten there so I wasnt able to get what I wanted.

Wholesale, reasonable prices store to get all household items

This particular warmart is always short of supplies.

Delivers meds to my car in the parking lot.Great time saver.

It was really nice and big friendly people lots to choose from very clean very well stocked lots of registers lots of parking lots of handicap parking lots of other shops around the mall area

Walmart counting number of shoppers in and out to ensure not too crowded and safety protocols are in place, you can see carts being sanitized and employees busy in the store keeping clutter and debris out of the aisles. Other walmarts are not as diligent, so I drive a little farther, for the better experience.

Went for a return. Fast and easy. Dont know how it could have been better.

I enjoyed my trip to this Walmart location, it was very well organized and clean. I went on a Friday morning around 10:30am and it was very slow, not too crowded, very easy to social distance. My only complaint, I went to self check, paid for 3 bags and they were out of bags. The cashier did give me my .30, it wasnt about the money, but the fact there was no signage informing customers they were out. That would have eliminated her having to refund people :-/. Overall, my experience was good, Ill definitely return.

In and out. Good place to find anything and the area is in a better part of Fremont so less drama. Large, lit up parking area and customer service is actually above average.

Its a great place for families gatherings.

Like any Walmart....... Take a list! Lol. I went in here for compression socks (which were a GREAT price) and fancy dog food (The refrigerated stuff, cause my dog wont eat dog food that looks like dog food smh) ended up spending like $140...... I may need an intervention lol

My favorite Wal-Mart

I went to vehicles department. Without my concern they replaced my car battery .I told the lady while handing over tge car that I need long warranty battery, want to look in unioncity, albarea st too as you do not have those. I had no way but removed and the technician he replaced the battery but did not connect the connection properly and my car engine stopped at red light .really from almighty some technician in behind helped me to get ride of the problem .previously I hard that Walmart techcian did not tight the plug while replaced oil.its so bad instead doing good did bad s o that customers suffers .

No social distance inside the store, but at the registers only!Cashiers not very efficient. They cant solve small issues. And they take their time to ring up items.
