Enterprise Ready! This Phantom editor is more robust than the Acrobat I was using previously and came in below a third of the cost :) As well if you have employees only needing a reader, Foxit will provide their enterprise reader free... These guys get it.

I have been receiving marketing e-mails ostensibly from this company since the beginning of the year. I reached out through their websites contact us page so I could verify the e-mails were from them and the unsubscribe link wasnt nefarious. No one bothered to respond.The unsolicited e-mails were annoying by themselves, but the unresponsive indifference is outright frustrating.

Worthless marketingEmploys Spam with fake personalization, with completely unvetted customer lists. If a company takes such little care in their marketing, can you really trust them to provide the personalized service they claim? Poorly done boilerplate marketing, with email redirects that try to avoid their domain from being marked as a source of spam.

The new owners are pretty clueless - theyve hired poor web designers, developers and support people.The web site download section doesnt let you download versions for different platforms than you are using or older versions in case of problems.The PDF Reader Linux version has regressed, no multiple tabs as in v1, no explanation why.Support folks are the usual script readers with no product history knowledge.Not good signs if you want to buy enterprise grade products. AVOID!

Respect guys, I was stuck with Adobe Acrobat ReaderX for years, since my boss buys the license and crap. Your viewer is superb, I love the ribbon and new design + skins. Keep it up!

Easy to use, which is a big plus for me.

The software is good eats up a little bit of resources, the support grotto bad. Email communication appears like a hippie chat and lacks any professionalism. After I wrote a complaint in English, communication got better. The invoice was then sent with the full address.

* - once offered a light, simple, fast reader.* - now included full of useless cloud or sharing function!* - the MSI installer is now reserved only for companies after registration.* + is always lighter than La dobereader, but for simple reading of PDF, Chrome or Firefox is more than enough and faster.
