This was one of the only places I was able to buy a Supermicro motherboard I needed. I picked it upo while on a business trip to the area. The employees were very polite and responsive.

Theyre a decent company. Yeah customer support isnt that great, but its not their fault they dont have more Americans running the place. I just ordered a server from them, and they contacted me to verify the details of my order, so at least theyre trying. The one thing I really hate is their outdated website design-- they dont even have PayPal set up as a payment option!

Terrible customer support online when trying to order a product. Sends a cheap notepad document to verify order issues. Does not respond to emails sent on behalf of current orders and is closed during normal business hours.
