Ive been doing business with Eddie at Synergy for a long time now and it has just now sprung upon me that I should write him a review. Eddie is a dedicated hard worker who has always been patient with my questions. He is honest about his prices and quick with responses. When I first stated doing business with him, I had been skeptical and asked him about the negative review that was left on here several years ago, he wasnt defensive about it at all and explained to me what the misunderstanding was. I truly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase computer and electronic goods.As for the review that was left six years ago... Every business has to start somewhere and many businesses started from home.

This company is disgusting!They sent me a very poor quality product, not as described. It was also defective upon my receiving the shipment.They made the RMA process very difficult, and in the end they still havent refunded my money a year later, even with a BBB complaint.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
