Very straightforward process. They did an excellent job in scanning old blueprints. The blueprints needed a lot of work to straighten before scanning. It was done well.

I had 7 boxes full of old family pictures & albums, many thousands with different sizes & condition, they gave us a very reasonable/ low price, completed much sooner than expected, and even scanned the photos at higher resolution. The results were clearer than the originals, and the identification of sections and care with details were terrific.
