Was differently shopped. Out of things but lare in season so my own fault.

This is a great start for all your Halloween needs. I highly recommend this place. They send out coupons in the mail and I got 25% off which is great so don’t throw out those coupons because they do send them out. I was able to find my costume here and didn’t have to wait for shipping and had a great time going through the store and playing with all of the fun decorations they have.

Lines 30 people deep and the manager has one person checking out while she walks around counting tills in the middle of the day.

Went there at 9:00am thinking they would be open for their clearance and still not open at 11:00am.. Sign clearly states Nov. 3rd. 50% off entire store. Whats up?Even the staff at New park was surprised it is closed. With no directional signs. Only the ones I stated before.

Halloween is never complete without at least a yearly visit and shopping trip to a Spirit of Halloween store. They have pretty much everything you will need to play dress up once a year affordably. Sure you can go to big box stores but this place is an adventure complete with a small haunted hall and spooky step activated displays. Go visit before Halloween.

So I just found out that the animatronic I had bought from the Spirit store, was not suppose to be sold in stores. Not only is their product broken but mine is too! They wont refund or exchange it without calling Dr.Zombie. Tried calling and doing online chats, not one response. I walk back in to talk to the general manager who sold it to me in the first place but instead I talked to another manager who told me that their online customer support number isnt an active number so she suggested that I call the real number and tell them im an employee at the store so theyll help me reboot the prop. NOT WORTH $300 of my time. Super unprofessional if you ask me. They shouldnt be having me do this is this was a mistake from the managers!
