Dont let the long line outside drive you away this guys are very fast and its worth the 10 minute wait for this delicious burgers. All the staff working there always seem on point and on their toes, the guy taking orders outside even when its cold is top notch employee. I live in Fremont and I LIKE coming here. But the last time I visited the dining room is filthy. Like no one has swept and the table has not been wiped. You need to ask for the table to clean. Management from Fremont In n Out Pacific Commons, please have some of the staff start looking into cleaning the Dining room because it’s filthy. And you are ruining the name “IN N OUT”

My experience was fabulous. The 1st employee greeted me with, hows yre day going. I was pleasantly surprised. The other 2 employees were also very nice. The food was spiced well. Always a good burger that hits the spot. Never had any issues with this location food wise. The only reason I rated it 4 starts is because the drive-thru lines get a little longer than Id like (sometimes wraps onto the street). I think we waited about 20-30 minutes for our food today.

The last time I went to In-N-Out is the last time I will ever go. I bit into my burger and almost broke a tooth when it hit a hard, black rock. The Customer Service was great, as always, but I like my teeth to much to ever go back.

Not much to say. If you have ever been to in-&-out before you already know. All their eateries are fairly consistent. Great burgers and fries. Very simple menu. Usually a small wait but I think its worth it. Staff is always really cool attentive and upbeat! This one is almost always busy so plan ahead! 😀

People raved about this place and I just dont get it. The food is fine, but its just ok and there is a super long line every night. So I definitely dont think its worth the wait.

The place itself is a clean well kept restaurant, and staff is friendly. The service was exceptional for as I waited no more than 5-10 min for my order and everything was correct. Now far as the food goes, *IN MY OPINION* it was horrible, the fries tasted like cardboard and the shake tasted like a heavy cream no milk or ice cream, and the Burger was only kinda good because of all the toppings on it.

I often work close by to this location so I’ve eaten here about 6 times and it’s been excellent every time.Always good service, everything is always and the food is always hot, fresh and comes quicker than other in n outs I’ve been to.My recommended order is a double-double, add fresh onion, add chillies, fries well done and your drink of choice

Its a burger. How can you go wrong? The food is quick and delicious. So much more affordable for the size of the burger and all the extras compared to most fast food restaurants.

Long line as it may seem on a huge lot, the service here is speedy, really in, and out!

They put up a bunch of cones and plastic up to redirect traffic but don’t put any signs as to how you enter the drive through so I drove around and around around trying to find my in to the drive through soooooo frustrating! Fix it by puttting a temporary sign with an arrow.

This location always gets my order correct, just a bit of a line which is usual for here. Costco traffic never helps 😉

Burger was fair. Thin, not much meat. The Fries were the worst I can ever remember having. Bland and no taste, almost like they had been microwaved. First time going in about 5 years, yeah now I remember why.

Great double-double burger. Fries are sort of limp but that is how In-n-out fries are. Lots of customizations for burger: animal-style, +/- onions, ketchup, mustard, hot chilies etc.

Theres really no bad In-N-Out and this is no exception. Great customer service, quality food and always a smile. Free kids hot cocoa when its a rainy day; cant beat that.

In-N-Out is always very consistent with their food. I am going to this location since 10 years and the experience and food quality is always the same: good but could be definitely better. The burger is good but the French fries are always a bit too dry. It is also becoming overcrowded those days and the food wait time starts to be longer. The terrace is a pure joke as it is missing umbrellas for the big sun. It is impossible to stay outside. Last, the parking can be quite challenging.

Food is what you would expect from In-N-Out (very good), and this time there was no line. Usually there is a very long line to order here.No way to order online yet though :(

I regret not going to IN-N-OUT before my wife introduced their Animal style veggie grill sandwiches and french fries. I instantly fell in love with their spread and the fries. Being a vegetarian, you dont have much options. I also heard their milk shakes are good too.

Quick and convenient service. Most locations have a very impacted drive through which also impacts the entire parking lot. They have planned for this by placing cones to direct incoming traffic to the drive through in a manner far less likely to impact the entire parking lot.

The drive through is crazy, but walking in, i was served a meal to go very quickly. Food was hot and good. Great customer service and safe distancing.
