The cable broke on my garage door. I called AAA at 8:30 in the morning and they had a technician out to my house about three hours later. Dalton replaced both cables, lubricated door, replaced rollers, and did other basic maintenance and was done in about 45 minutes.I really like that you will receive a text message with the maintenance person’s photo and name prior to their arrival. You can even track their travel to your home.He cleaned up the work area and he was very personable and professional. Total cost for the job with labor was $242.The door works better now and it’s so much quieter than it was before.I will be using them again as I’m sure my spring will break some day.

Blake Hall did an awesome job, professional, and do things quickly but the quality is great. He was very helpful. They provide great service. I so totally recommend them. They call before they arrive, send a picture of who is coming so you know.

We worked with Blake through AAA Garage Door, and he was absolutely wonderful! I had to leave a voice message the night previous, Dalton called me back right away in the morning! He set up the install for the same day, and once Blake got to the house we had a functioning garage door in an hour! He was extremely professional, upfront about cost, and extremely efficient! Talk about garage door service, after someone drove a pickup into my door to gain access to steal what they could, it had to be fixed right away, and a call to AAA GARAGE DOOR and in less then 18 hours they came and had it replaced, very professional, timely, and great pricing. AAA did a great job installing our two garages doors at our home. They offered a fair estimate price and showed up when they were scheduled to. It is hard these days to find someone reliable and able to communicate with their customers and AAA does just that!

I needed help when my garage door spring broke. I really liked the company’s communication - they texted me the name and photo of the repair staff (Lincoln DeWitt) in advance. Not only did I have a quick and affordable repair, but I was taught how to better care for my garage doors. I would definitely use this company again.

On the coldest day of 2020, we had a roller break on our door. Within 4 hours, Lincoln, with AAA Garage door was in our driveway and ready to fix our garage door. We also needed a replacement keypad and Lincoln didnt hesitate to get this done for us, even with the cold day. Top notch, friendly, knowledgeable technician and the price was very affordable.

I called AAA Garage Door because my fiancé closed our door on his truck.....I thought for sure we were going to have to replace the whole door. We had broken rollers and the bracket that connect the door to the motor was busted up. However, they were able to send Lincoln out the next day and he was able to fix it right on the spot for a super cheap and super quick! We we’re so shocked that we didn’t have to replace the whole door and we super thank Lincoln for getting it working for us!!! He was very professional and extremely polite! The best service & Company! We used them 20 years ago when we built our home. They came out yesterday and replaced a broken spring, no charge as we had their lifetime springs. A company that STANDS behind their product! ASK for Lincoln, he is fabulous! He throughly inspected and found a frayed cable as well.
