Update: the company called and communicated delay. Garage door was installed and I am very happy with the installation. The installers were very nice, professional and did a wonderful job. Thank you and they get 5 STARS for their excellent work.I paid my deposit for a new garage door. They said it was in stock and could be done the next week. It’s now 2.5 weeks later and no door. They said they are still waiting for a delivery from Toledo. I was told it is in stock but they won’t deliver just one door so...I wait. Would have been nice if they explained that to me before taking my money.

Our garage door wouldnt open or close. Not only did Kole Gundy replace a defective sensor, but he went way above and beyond. He replaced the other old sensor, ran all new wires to sensors (old wires had been spliced in several spots over the years), and installed a track above chain to hide wires in so that they werent running all across the ceiling, for a much neater and professional look. Not only that but he noticed the lock was no longer working and moved it so it would work properly and installed a safety screw on it as well (which other company who installed should have done). Just excellent service and all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this family owned business highly! If I ever have any more trouble with our door, I know who to call. Bad Experience. Charged extra for a vehicle sitting in the garage, without giving me the opportunity to move it. Shady practice because I didnt buy door from them, just service.

Never finished the work! Will not return calls to find out when they’ll be back! Very disappointed in the gutters they did finish. Do not hire them!!
