The ham didn’t seem as good as a few years ago. Line goes fast! I was worried since the line is a little backed up but like I said it went very fast they also used a lot of safety measures. As soon as you walk in they have hand sanitizer ready for you and someone instructing you to use it. They have plexiglass all around for safety as well. This place is kind of pricey but hey you don’t have to end up cooking and the spiral is perfect.

Ordered a honey baked turkey for Thanksgiving. It was too sweet. Ill stick with the hams. When I arrived the line was going around the building. There was an employee outside directing customers and making sure they stayed 6 feet apart. Staff was very pleasant, greeted everyone, and the line moved quickly.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Ordered almost 3 weeks in advance and we were told today that our thanksgiving dinner will not arrive until the Following MONDAY. Now I am left high and dry trying to scavenge up food, a day before thanks giving. for my family. I hope you people burn.

Great place go if you want to pick up a pre-cooked turkey or ham. I always go to this place to pick up a turkey or ham for Thanksgiving or for my family Christmas Eve parties. No need to spend a lot of time cooking your own turkeys as HoneyBaked does all this for you in advance! Sometimes the lines can be long during the holidays but the staff here are pretty good at getting all customer request fulfilled in a timely manner. You can order everything online, specify what size turkey or ham you would like, and then just go and pick it up!! So convenient!!

First time at this location, tried to use a coupon for a ham - $6. Read all the details to how I could use, one being is does not apply to quarter hams. No mention of weight requirements. When I got to the store picked up the ham I had ordered and presented the coupon. I was told it did not apply because the ham weighed less than 8lbs. The coupon did not state this. The manager then came over, I asked her to show me if I missed this detail. She just said this is my store and that is the requirement. No Im sorry, sincere apology or let me do the following....Nothing. In a world full of other options, this will makes you think twice before coming back. This situation could have been handled much better. Poor customer service

We only started eating honey baked hams a few years ago and i can honestly say that it is good and i look forward to it for holidays. I would recommend getting whatever you need from their at least a few days in advance otherwise you could be waiting in a line wrapped around the corner.

Apparently this location does not accommodate ADA customers today. My girlfriend was told this by the manager today. She cant stand for long periods of time due to her knee surgery. The manager also said that, You dont have to buy our food. She did offer her a chair for her to carry out with her crutch and purse to drag around the building. This is our first and last Honey Baked experience. Safeway is cheaper, faster and more accommodating. People with crutches and canes 80 minutes in line.

They have good ham bones to make baked beans.

Avoid the holiday rush. Order and pick up early.

Theres nothing better than a honey baked ham unless you buy a honey-baked ham bone and keep it in your freezer for when youre craving the worlds best pea soup which I made for dinner tonight. Yum!

Unfortunately the customer service is very bad. Your clerks dont treat customers polite. This is the second time in a row that Ive had issues with the clerks being rude.They need to be taught how to speak to people without offending customers. This most recent incident occurred Friday 3/29/13 in your Fremont store. My order was incorrect, not a problem things happen, but the way the clerk handled it was enough for not to not come into your store again. Next time I will use a different location.
