Quite a few cookies and ice cream to select from. They even had a few mini pies and a donut to put ice cream on. The store was pretty clean. The shoping plaza it is in is pretty cool too. I had the toffee nut cookie with the cup of Joe ice cream. Pretty good.

I think that this place recently opened up. Ive been to the one in the peninsula. This place is just as good. Clean and up keep is pretty spot on. Lets hope it stays this way.

Delish ice cream sandwiches in the heart of Fremont. They let you pick a cookie or cone or dosan...a donut croissant concoction that looked very yum... then you pick the ice cream and they make you the sandwich of good dreams. I am sad they accepted butterscotch coffee the specialty item but did not have it available for us get try or buy. Ordered the sugar cookie with chocolate fudge and hubby had the snickerdoodle with vanilla. The server warmed up our cookie and then rolled our ice cream.

This is the only place I can get a pistachio malt shake.Shake was excellent, thick, flavorful, and had bits of real pistachio in there. Staff are friendly and have good taste in music. Just, you know, try to have a little eye contact; kinda weird when someones paying and youre changing the YouTube music video.The sister ordered a cooked sandwich. She loves the stuff, but its messy and a bit troublesome to eat. Maybe offer an option to have the ice cream in a bowl and the cookies in a bag? Would be easier to eat since shed be able to break the cookie and dip it in the ice cream.Overall, glad this place opened and I dont have to drive to SJ or Berkeley for some quality ice cream.

The churro ice cream was delicious and had a shockingly rich but balanced flavor, but the texture was unremarkable - not necessarily creamy or chunky or thick or anything else that would make it memorable.The snickerdoodle cookie was the definition of meh. Stale, processed, and chain-like. I didnt feel compelled to eat it after the first bite. Granted, that first bite was fun and rewarding. I mean, its still an ice cream cookie sandwich!The sandwich melted almost immediately and was very difficult to eat. Cute concept, and highly Instagrammable if you act fast, but I think I would have been happier with just a cup of the ice cream.The shop itself was quite dirty and everything was sticky - maybe plan on enjoying your dessert outside!

Looked interesting but i cant say that i was impressed. Not bad selection of ice cream flavors but the ladies working there didnt seem like they were in the mood to work. I will be back as i am a strong supporter of local business but i hope to see some improvement in the customer service area.

Its located in a strange (off to the side spot), but my friend knew where it was. I tried the CREAM espresso. I kind of didnt understand if I was supposed to eat the ice cream part then drink the rest. Or was I supposed to wait for the ice cream to melt and then drink. It was yummy though as icream and espressos are 2 of my favorite things.

Doesnt live up to the hype. Super long lines in the summer time and it moves really slow. Not worth the wait. I was looking forward to the non-dairy options and warm cookies, but there was only one non-dairy flavor, the rest were out. The warmish cookies were nothing better than take and bake from the grocery store. I really would have been better off for much cheaper and faster going to the supermarket and getting my own ice cream and baking cookies at home.

Until about a week ago I would have said I loved this place...they has some very yummy Almond Ice Cream. Last time I was in there they didnt have Almond Ice Cream. Niles Ice Cream has it all the time so that is my new favorite place!

Good selection of ice cream flavors and many many toppings if thats your thing. Their standard order is an ice cream sandwich but you can also get normal scoops or other things like shakes, sundaes, and ice cream tacos. The price is fair at $2.49 for a scoop, $3.49 for two scoops, and $3.99 for an ice cream sandwich. Line moves quick; good for a quick fix.

I love the concept, however, for the price I was surprised that the ice cream is ready made instead of on-site. The cookies were great, but the add-ons really dont stick well. The ice cream itself was the perfect temperature, and stayed firm right to the end (very little melting, which was nice). Wish they had more cake-like choices for the sandwich -- like a red velvet cookie or brownie, and similar. .....

A lot of ice cream flavors but they also have soy ice cream. Blueberry soy ice cream tastes amazing. Also have gluten free and vegan cookies which are very tasty as well.

I would have liked to offer something of value here since this place sounded so great, but sadly I can only offer a negative review.I was sent a message today that said Cream was offering a cookie Ice-cream sandwich for only a penny between 1-4 PM today. I got pretty excited about trying someplace new on the cheap - especially being totally broke the day before payday. Setting my taste buds in Ice-cream sandwich mode I drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was going, arrived at 3:15, and waited in line outside of the store in the hot sun, and upon entering the store at 3:30 I was told the promotion was over. Since the promotion was supposed to go until 4:00 this was not a satisfactory answer.The manager informed me they were out of the penny cookies, and had been since 3:00. I asked what they were offering as a substitute. Nothing. There was still Ice-cream, and there were still cookies, but we had to pay full price for everything. This is what is called bait and switch folks, except they throw in this little item called while supplies last, which is just a poor excuse to end a promotion early and still get you to pay full price for what they are selling. The manager refused to make any substitutions or offer a raincheck.If you are going to run a promotion, I highly recommend that you plan for it appropriately. Three hours is not a long time to offer a sale price, and running out of your promotional item only 2 hours after it starts is indicative of poor planning. Unless of course you planned to just be a bunch of sheisters in the first place, in which case, is just bad for business. Its not a practice I recommend.Either way, youve soured the pot now. Though my credit union is only a few feet away from this location, I just dont see myself coming in again. I was inconvenienced today by driving out of my way and standing in the hot sun - all for nothing.Edit: responding to the Form Letter response I got... It is apparent to me that my review wasnt taken seriously enough to actually understand that I NEVER got to actually eat anything here, and have NEVER before experienced Cream, nor will I. I like their ice cream and cookies. Staff is friendly and helpful. I always get the white chocolate macadamia cookie, which is still warm. The cookies and cream go great with it or by itself.

Incredibly long line. Very good ice cream.I had the rum raisin, which they keep in the back, probably so kids dont order it. It was fantastic.I had bloodsugar troubles through the night (spikes up and down, which is a different reaction than you get from just ice cream/sugar) so I wouldnt be surprised if it was laced with real rum/alcohol. Wont do that again. Would absolutely recommend for a normal person though!

Was a great overall experience.... However, the woman whom served me did so with a colorful sleeved black hoodie. This hoodie gained its color from rubbing each and every buckets insides as she reached in to scoop. Ill assume the hair In mine was that. Also a magical broken waffle maker that worked only for certain customers each time we have come here...

Very bad customer service. First they said they ran out of samples spoon s when my kids wanted to taste. We ordered a ice cream and asked for toppings, the guy just held the ice cream and started talking on phone for almost 5 mins. Didnt even bother to ask us to wait or answering us. Fast casual like chipotle. My favorite would have to be a snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookie with mint chip ice cream. If you go during peak hours, dont be deterred lines move fast.

Visited them at 10:30PM on a Sunday night with family. They were playing an extremely vulgar song, o asked them to change it. They changed it with another explicit song. Service was ok. Filthy tables, floor and filled trash cans. Ice cream sandwich was the only good part. Wont visit again, Cold Stone is mich better.
