Luis Martinez helped achieve my goal to purchase a brand new 2019 S70 I had an old 443 a few years back always needed parts Luis was so knowledgeable and would go beyond his scope to help me with the old 443 machine when I sold the 443recently, I went strait to Bobcat Fremont spoke to Luis he was so great walked me thru the purchase process no sweat no stress and I walked out out with a brand new S70! needless to say I will coming back to purchase a Breaker for my S70 before the end of the year and all my future purchases. The customer service for parts is terrible based on several interactions in the past year. Latest is that they stated that no seal-kits were available for our (older) Bobcat and wanted to sell us the entire rear stabilizer assembly. We contacted the Bobcat dealer in Pittsburg and they got us the seal-kit no problem. Seems like this location only wants to sell big $ items and is not willing to put in some effort for the small purchases - and their employees are not afraid to misrepresent facts without research.

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. The service lady Brenda is so incredibly rude!! I dropped my bobcat off weeks ago and when they finally get to it the battery is somehow dead and they want to charge me $950 to diagnose that and replace it. After back and forth of me asking why my battery went bad in the first place when it was fine when i dropped it off, i finally was done with her and asked to pick it up.. waited 45 min before they could jump start it and out it came with them dragging the bobtach on the ground.. (also not how it was when I dropped it off) Brenda has attitude and doesnt try to come up with any solutions, and never apologized once! Now have to bring it to one of the other dealers and will be down another few weeks but well worth it to be done with fremont and especially Brenda!!!

This place is the best, This is my 7th purchase Bobcat Fremont and Luis Martinez always take care of me. He Genuinely cares about his clients and never tries to sell 1st, he always gives you good information about the machine prior to purchasing. He delivered my UTV the next day. 5stars Luis and his Team!!!!

Kelly in the parts dept was very helpful in looking up the parts i needed on a 1971 bobcat. I think he went the extra mile. Hard to find good customer service now days!!
