Lady/Owner working there took good care of me. She brought out almost every shoe that they had. Although none of them were a good fit for me, I’m still glad I went. She seemed very thorough and caring.

Ive been going here for yrs. But this last time the Asian lady that was wrking there, greeted us when we came in, & told us that shed be right with us, but continued to do paperwork for at least 10 more min.When she did come help us, she seemed to know what she was talking about. However, I couldnt understand her English. Im glad my husband was with me so he could interpret what she was trying to say.

They are wonderfully helpful, informative, and pleasant. No pressure just helpful assistance and a new great pair of shoes. Upgrades!

Been coming here for 2 decades, only place I buy my shoes, sandals, insoles. Great knowledge from employees about foot problems ( mine is plantar fasciitis n heel spurs)
