We had a repairman come out on a Saturday and he stayed all day just to make sure we did not have to be without air that night. He called on Monday to make sure it was still working. person Ive talked to there has been so useful and understanding. (I dont do well without air conditioning and can be a might snarky.) This time my unit restarted and seems to be working, but rather than cancel and have to worry about not being able to be seen for a few days if it fails again, the nice lady moved my appointment 24 hours. If its working, wonderful, if not, theyll have someone out. Such nice people who are worried about their customers. Im happy with all my interactions with them.

I have used their services several times in last 5 years. They’re reliable, on time and priced well. None my services required any rework on plumbing or water heater change, so far.

Time Saver is a company that does things the right way, even when they go wrong. Mistakes happen and one caused damage to some drywall in our ceiling. The repairman owned up to and restored his mistake, and the owner, Monte arrived by to ensure things were done as well. He came back with a local contractor as soon as possible to inspect and plan the repair. Monte then hung around and fixed a shower connection that I had done wrong myself that same day. I’ve been pleased with the whole company and its leadership time, even when things didn’t go quite right. Integrity, efficiency, quality, and professionalism throughout the organization.

I had a gas line installed. They showed up at the time they were supposed to & did a neat & tidy job. Looks good.

My initial appointment was postponed due to the plumbers van dying, but they were able to get me someone else and got the task done the same day. The Franklin connection, as they call themselves, replaced an ageing pipe for me. The quality of job was wonderful and the price was reasonable.
