My phone needed repairs, I wanted it fixed and I wasn’t looking for a cheap way out when I took it here they replaced the battery for about $65 after taking my phone home and charging it for over 24 with a 2 percent battery. I took it back in and they did notify me that the battery they put in was defective and that my screen was messed up. After leaving my phone with them overnight to charge only to find out the next day that they were going to put back in the defective battery or put my old battery in, which mind you my old battery was punctured and swollen. I tried to reason my concerns and the phone was already not used for the last 2 days plus they wanted to keep it 5 extra days until the battery got there. I explained that I would think the company would offer a discount or a temporary battery since it wasn’t my fault but they told me “no per company policy” basically there was nothing they would do. I was also going to buy a new screen for $189 before tax. I called the Corporation number that I found online, they let me know that the store is a franchise and they can make whatever decision they want, which was even worse to me. I feel like they could’ve show some concern sense It wasn’t my fault and I was going to be without a phone for a week and spend more money at this store but basically I was lucky that they were even going to replace the battery for free after giving me a defective one. I didn’t care if it was a dollar off just some kind of offer or something that showed they care about the customers. It was like sorry if you don’t like it take your phone elsewhere. I ended up just picking up the phone and taking it down the street to Supreme iPhone Repair which saved me money and he was very polite. Don’t go to this batteries plus bulbs, it’s a lot of money to pay to someone who doesn’t really care about your concerns and only sees dollar signs.

Batteries Plus damaged my Samsung Galaxy G8+ cell phone during a routine replacements of my damaged front glass screen. The technician overheated my phone thus damaging the replacement screen thus necessitating his replacing it with a second screen. The problem is that now my phone battery performs poorly because it was so badly overheated.The 2nd problem is that the technician smudged my camera phone lens. Subsequently most photos show the effect of lens flare, which appears as haze.The manager of the Batteries Plus store offered to replace the battery and camera at no charge after she ordered parts. So we made an appointment at which time she would personally perform the repair. However when I returned to the store to have the service performed, this manager was not in and the staff would not perform the repair at no charge nor could they contact her. When I contacted the store 2 days later, the manager was no longer employed there. The staff nor their superiors would authorize the promised repair at no charge.

My phone was dropping battery levels in a hurry< I call batteries + bulbs they said that they had my battery in stock (i7) I drove right over was met by a very knowledgably clerk and after checking my phone for any other problems took it right back and replaced my battery a total of 28min I was out with a new battery working well.

They always have what Im looking for. The only reason its not 5-stars is because they seem to only have one person working when Im there and the wait can be forever if hes with someone else.

I can highly recommend the Batteries Plus Bulbs store on Shaw in the Home Depot shopping center. I initially went in to pick up my lithium battery order. It was ready for me, and the help I received was awesome. The team member who assisted me, named Mann, was helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my battery purchase. Besides helping me with the sale, he gladly answered my many questions regarding cell phone batteries and chargers, specifically my need for a wireless car charger. He spent much time explaining this specific charger for me, and he even went out to my Jeep to help me install it, since my Wrangler dash is different than those pictured in the directions. The service he provided and his patient help made me feel I was an important and valuable customer!

Dont let these idiots change a watch battery in a nice watch!!! I took a watch there for a battery.Told them to install it. 10 minutes later the girl came from the back with a bag! I went in to pick up 30 minutes before closing and the lady gave me a attitude when I walked in.I have a busy schedule and i did my best to get in asap.Felt like my business is a drag for her. No greetings at all.If she dont want to work there then go find another job. If youre looking for expert knowledge about batteries dont go here. Although nice, their poor customer service staff dont know enough about anything but the basics to help answer questions about more complex battery issues. Worse, the technicians are over-confident and waste your time by saying they can rebuild things they cant. Plus, they lack the wherewithal to seek out answers that could be readily found by consulting other, more qualified technicians.

I have been having my watch batteries replaced by this store since I moved to Fresno 10 years ago. for the past few visits their personnel has changed and they have been unable to fulfill most of my needs. They have many excuses such as Its waterproof or my tools dont fit These are the same watches I have been bringing to them for 10 years. To top it off they are very rude about telling me to take my business elsewhere. Guess I will have to.

I Purchased The good AGM battery from you 10 months ago with a one-year warranty. I start the motorcycle periodically to make sure it runs OK. I did so about six weeks ago, and it started up fine, with no issues. Earlier this week I went to start the motorcycle & even the gauges didn’t even have a display. I put my trickle charger on it for two days, with no improvement in battery condition so I remove the battery and connected it to a bench charger at 2 A. It charged for two minutes and then automatically shut off because there’s an internal short. Took the battery to your Fresno location today and was told by the manager you can’t warranty a battery with less than 10 V in it. I find it impossible to understand how the consumer is supposed to control the amount of volts Inside the battery, if I’m starting it periodically and six weeks ago it started fine, but this week it’s complete trash. I have no control over what’s going on inside that battery. So I referred to my warranty that appears to say just bring it back in. Your manager was quick to tell me to flip the warranty paperwork over and read the sentence on the back that states the 10 V policy. I was told to drive home and attempt to charge the battery and get it up to 10 V, and then he could warrantee it. The problem is I live one and a half hours away from your Fresno location in the mountains. Your battery warranty is worthless. Freaking ridiculous!

The guy working said he could change the battery in my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8).The guy working started poking around my phone and apps for god knows what reason. He inspected every little thing like the charging port and headphone jack to see what unnecessary and unrequested repairs he could nickel and dime me for. RED FLAG #1While doing this, he asked no less than five times if there was a password and insisted that it be disabled and that I leave the phone alone with him for at least the whole day. Yeah hokay dude. RED FLAG #2He said theres a chance he would crack the screen in the process and I had to sign a waiver saying I was liable for any damage but that they would be able to fix it for a mere $350 so go ahead and sign to authorize the repair. RED FLAG #3. NOPED right out of there.

A very chipper sounding answered the phone when I called and asked me to be put on hold, before I could answer, I found myself on hold for 20 minutes.I became frustrated so I called him on my other phone and the same guy answered and I told him I was still on hold on the other line.He helped me of course, but I believe they need better phone etiquette.

I bought a battery that failed, it will not hold a charge and they refused to honor the warranty. I had to ask for the Corporate Number before they finally said they will exchange it. I dont even want a battery from them if you have to go through all that.

Horrible place bought a battery here had a two year warranty, battery was a bad battery, warranty had fine print that was never stated prior to purchasing unfortunately apparently battery has to have a 10volt charge Im order for warranty to cover never again will I buy anything from here.
