If you go there make sure your car runs good with no problem because once you leave with your car they are not responsible even if you have 30 days to bring it back and make sure you go over the warranty because it may not cover anything but your engine and transmission. Also Junior acts like he wants to help you but in reality he only there to make money of you….

Sales guys were great, and they had a good selection of better maintained used cars. I spent a total of about 2 hours here buying my new to me Dodge Challenger and couldnt have been more happy with the experience! Seriously, a totally no pressure experience, and walked away with a car I have wanted for a long time. I dont think they keep most of their cars on the lot for very long so there is always something new to see there if your in the market for a used vehicle.

Ive waited some time to put a review on here. My husband and I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado from Junior. I will say his customer service was great, and he definitely is good and telling you the things you want to hear. However, there was MANY problems with this truck that he either didnt disclose to us or said he fixed and didnt. First off he sold us the trick without a muffler on it. We brought it back and they put one on only to cut it so it made this awful loud rumbling noise. We took it to another shop to find out it is actually illegal to have the muffler cut that low, so we spent $250 to get another one put on. The touch screen radio installed is just a tablet. Right when we took it off the lot the screen went black. The window stopped rolling down. Once again we took it back as he stated it was just the wiring.. we left it there a few days for them to fix the wiring issue and he also told us he was going to service the breaks. Whatever they did, or lack thereof was clearly only a temporary fix as none of it is working again. We took it to an actual shop to find out the wiring is still all wrong, and the breaks and shocks clearly hadnt been serviced in quite some time. The AC doesnt work. The radio deck wont turn on and the window still gets stuck. This isnt even the cosmetics of it..which is all dinged and scratched up. He also told us when we bought the truck he would install a back up camera. He said he had to order a special one and would let us know when it came in... needless to say we never heard from him. I definitely dont recommend this place if you want a reliable vehicle. We definitely learned our lesson! The truck is in the shop now getting $3k worth of work done because he sold us a junker.

I went on the lot to look at a Mustang GT advertised online as a California Edition recently. It is not a California Edition and is falsely being advertised as such. A quick review of Google Images from that model year will confirm the decales dont match. *Major red flag*Further, it has a modification on the engine which is not approved for that engine in the State of California (eg: no CARB sticker). . When I inquired about smog, I was told the car passed a smog test. I looked at their shop in back and wasnt surprised. It also had fairly dark tint on the front and side windows which is also a vehicle code violation in California. I ran the Carfax and sure it enough it was an out of state vehicle. *Strike 2*The door decales were from a 2012 Boss 302 and poorly applied. The stripes over the hood and back were taped on (or had tape holding them on) upon closer inspection, which wasnt evident in the photos. *Final nail in coffin*I saw all I needed to see and walked off without test driving the car. Listed at nearly $16,000 too.

Just experienced horrible customer service. I was nice and respectful, asked if they had photos of a car that they had posted, asked about the color and asked if it was a certain series, and I said it would be good to see and he hung up on me. Why? Could it be that he is price gauging and listing a car for 6,000 over fair market price? Could it be he doesnt really know cars? Could it be he doesnt treat women as he would a man? I dont know, but being rude and incompetent are certain. Steer clear!

This is how it should be done! My son needed a car to get to work and school so we came here. We took home a 2018 Nissan with really low miles. We asked junior about buying an extended warranty and he informed us that the car still has manufacture warranty still on it from the factory. If it was some other sleeze ball sales guy I would have paid $2,000 for a warranty the car has for free, I really appreciate the honesty being a female with no car buying experience. I will recommend for sure!

I never post a review about a place unless I have excellent service or absolutely terrible service. And this place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I regret ever going to buy a car from here with my fiancé. We saw a posting on Craigslist for a Honda Accord sport looked at the pictures and the price listed was just right for us. We called a day before to see if the car was still available and sure enough it was. We went as soon as we could to drive up and go look and see the car. We got to the dealership and test drove the car, loved what we saw. And when they told us the price it was $3,000 more than what was actually listed on Craigslist. When I told them this, they said no it was not the price listed on Craigslist.And said “I can see why you came so fast because that price is really good, but that’s not what we’re selling the car for”. So they believe in false advertisement to get people incentivized to go.And There we were thinking we’re going to get this car for An amazing deal and boy were we wrong. They didn’t even apologize for the mishap. Didn’t even offer to honor the price or even take some money off of the car for posting it wrong on Craigslist. They took no personal responsibility. And said that if we were to look at the pictures the vin number was on there & we should have looked up the vin number and seen that the car wasn’t the one in the pictures. We were so desperate for a car that we just bought it there anyways. And I am a firm believer in shopping with places and stores that are family owned because I’d rather the money go to helping a family then a CEO to buy another beach house. But I strongly regret making the choice to get a car from here. The registration from the car was never sent to our house. We had to drive thirty plus miles to go pick it up. When they said that they had mailed it to the house and no one was home. But when I picked up the registration it wasn’t even in an envelope that was addressed or said “return to sender”. When we got the car the tire pressure light kept coming on saying the tire pressure was low. They didn’t fix that. They just said they would replace the tire. Never replaced the tire, because apparently we wanted the brand that all the other tires were and they couldn’t accommodate us with that either. They stated that legally the tire pressure was above 60, so they didn’t have to change the tire they just were going to because my fiancé was a nice guy. I was told to tell my fiancé that “he can come and get any other tire than that continental brand and I will put it on for him because everywhere else takes a long time to get that brand in”. So I told my fiancé to call and tell them he would take another tire. Got no call back. The owners son I believe it is read the text messages we sent because his iPhone delivers read messages. My fiancé called multiple times I even called myself and left a voicemail and never heard back. This post is long and if you made it this far please don’t go and buy a car from this place. You won’t get good service and you’ll just get completely empty promises and horrible customer service.
