If I could rate this place a ZERO the metro on first and Tulare next to romeos .. (my first ever review I hope it the right location) I would! First off they insisted that I could not go on the 4/lines for 100$ as it was no longer a promotion, I questioned it because outside the sign was being advertised and the response was that a sign MUST be outside and they have yet to receive the new ones, second.... they said I HAD to purchase my first month of insurance, this wasn’t an option, THIRD, they wanted to charge me $3 more than what the insurance price was regularly, then this woman called customer care and changed all my lines to a 4 plan unlimited for the $120 and they were charging me 170$ to walk out with phones after I paid my bill that minute on my app! My new bill cycle would beginning the following day, I didn’t want to pay $12 for one day of extra service, anyways I was heated to walk out of there with my bill changed and now $30 had to be paid by midnight for this B changing my plan without my consent, called customer service they straightened it out and I filed a formal complaint with them as all the information this store provided me with was incorrect!! I ended up visting the location on BELMONT & SIXTH and walked out with a phone, a case for it, and everything adjusted on my line for 60$!!! What a relief they helped a sista out for reals and I would never go back to this location and would advise anyone who does to make sure they ain’t RIPPING YOU OFF !!!
