Fine cookware & some gourmet oddities! Hard to find stuff. I got a BlackBerry basil Casamigos brand mixer for Casamigos Blanco tequila! Cocktails were a hit, made me look like a genius. ( Hint: rim the glass with salt AND pepper, and garnish with a sprig of thai basil!)Pricey but worth it!

This was a really fun store. It is a little pricier than Im accustomed to but I believe the prices were in line with high-quality retail establishments. The clerks helped to make me feel very comfortable as they had samples to share and water flavored with fresh fruit and also coffee to drink while youre shopping. I was there for a bridal registry and it was almost time for the wedding so some of the items were not available. That was my fault for waiting till the last minute.

Very nice store, staff was friendly and helpful. Attentive to everyone needs and didnt hover for too long. Store was really clean and everything was kept organized.

Absoluting never getting anything there costumer service and we have 2 broken coffee machine and 44 dollars for a hand held potato masher, and we go the second one for broken thing, and we live 1 hour and away, and they say come back tomarrow for some thing like they dont belive is plus she complains then it says on the receipt that we can return it.

Sam Nassar, a sales associate, is so professional and helpful. Incredibly knowledgeable. He is everything good that is missing today in retail customer service!! Theyre very fortunate to have him on their team!

I wanted to say that I was in the fresno fig garden store Saturday Oct 27 and had the pleasure of being helped by an employee by the name of Cindy......she was very very helpful with helping me choose a stack of cutting boards .....I wanted to choose about 5 of them in various sizes and recreate a look I had seen on Pintrest....she did not ever get impatient with me and I was taking a lot of time making up my mind....she even offered to go into the back storeroom and look for more styles. And then when I began looking at the Japanese knives, (I think the brand was Shun).....once again she kept going in the back and checking for knives that I saw on display but were not out on the sales floor.....she was amazing ....I also bought a mandolin, which she explained to me how to use and gave me her full undivided attention. I have shopped in this store before and made many many purchases, but I have to say I have never ever felt as well taken care of as Cindy made me feel....I only hope that the upper management of Williams and Sonoma is aware of what an outstanding employee they have and what a valuable asset she is to the company.
