I was in the store yesterday and watched the staff interact with another customer that had purchased a e-cig earlier in the day from another stores staff. The e-cig wasnt working properly so the staff helped the customer out to find a resolution. And they did.I was impressed by the professionalism and customer focused attitude from the store staff.
