I was informed that if I was to use my debit card (due to the fact I had no cash on me at the moment) that there would be a 2$ surcharge which seemed extremely ridiculous considering I was only purchasing a donut that cost about 1$. Now normally I wouldnt make a big fuss about this but considering the fact that I had walked there and given how hot it was on that day I was pretty irritated that the lady did not waive the $2 fee and just charge me for the donut, its not like I wanted it for free, I had no problem paying for the donut. However, the lady working at the time actually took my donut back and proceeded to throw it away and allowed me to walk out the store unsatisfied. Ive worked customer service jobs for many years and so I know that its absolutely no problem whatsoever to waive the fee if its going to make the customer happy especially in such a small numbered transaction. Suffice it to say I was extremely upset and will definitely never be going back there for this very reason

So good! The donuts were fresh at 430 in the afternoon. The iced coffee was delicious. Its affordable, wonderful selection, and the owner was very nice too. Ill be adding Bingo Donuts to our list of stops every time we come up to Fresno.

Decent selection of donuts. Parking is ample and safe. Often frequented by homless so it can be rough. They seem to round up using the change shortage but .50 cents seems excessive.

DISGUSTING! They had BUGS on the donuts. I opened the bag and seen there were bugs on multiple donuts and told the lady who was working there. She IMMEDIATELY got DEFENSE, looked at the donuts and told me dont come back! I was literally shocked! Then she refunded my money and me and my boyfriend watched place the donuts BACK ON THE GLASS SHELVES! NASTY!

Very horrible place! Went in no greeting, she placed the donut on top of the counter and answered a personal call during the transaction. Then when I told her next time can you put it in a bag she rolled her eyes and walked away. Very upset about my experience. No one should treat their customers that way.

I hardly give reviews. But this one is definitely worth it... I just spent 4.95$ for a taro smoothie and a donut... So delicious! The drinks are blended perfectly and the donuts are not greasy and dont make me feel fat 😍 so worth.

I drive past here all the time and never stopped in...until today when we decided to cheat on our diet. Oh my gosh. Best decision ever. The donuts are fresh and taste so homemade, like a recipe that someone worked hard on crafting to perfection.My husband had the devils food donut with chocolate icing and I had a glazed old fashioned and then my son had the donut holes (of course hubs and I couldnt resist dipping in for a taste of those too!)Everything was perfect. Exactly how you would want a donut to be: crispy dry (not oily) texture on the outside from the dip in hot oil and soft and buttery on the inside.Very indulgent. We will be back the next time were feeling a bit naughty and dont want to eat healthy at all. 😂

We use to move going in here late at night for fresh donuts! Its kind of a bummer they no longer open 24 hours because when you really need a late night donut run theres nothing like a 24-hour donut shop! I am particularly drawn to their donut holes, they may be just regular donut holes but for some reason this spot does the best! Theyre always fresh and fluffy and crispy on the outside and perfectly glazed. They do excellent maple bars and they have a delicious croissant turkey sandwich with cheese thats a great lunch option and very filling! They also offer various coffee drinks smoothies and other Blended flavors you can choose. Wish they didnt charge so much for credit card purchases under $5 but rarely is my purchase under $5.

My experience here was pretty great overall. Ive only noticed one thing here in particular that made me drop the two stars. In my time in there a man was harassing me and getting too close to me and invading my personal space. So I then proceeded to move away and told the worker there something. He looked at the man and told him that it was okay to invade my space, and that he wanted to too.

Ive been enjoying their baked goods - cinnamon rolls, croissants, and danish The coffee is good. The prices are fair. Im going back!

Been here a couple of times, my husband would pick me up some donuts when he get off of work, it was fresh around 6pm.. but with it being 24 hours, their donuts at night are at least a day old... donut holes are the worst. but hey, its open 24 hours... I only come here for the crunchy donuts. other then that, I rather go into the hood to get the freshest donuts.

I will usually give a business more than one chance to show what it can do before forming an opinion and Ive given this shop plenty of opportunities. First. I want a cup of coffee with my donut. Several times the coffee pot was either empty or had old, stale coffee in it. I would leave without a purchase. Stopped by today and, what do you know, fresh coffee-time to order a donut. Big mistake. The product was tough, overly sweetened and tasted greasy, not to mention that it was higher priced than other shops. This shop may be open 24 hours but this donut had to have been at least 36 hours old. Overall, this has got to be one of the worst shops in Fresno. Opinions will vary and you can spend your money to form yours but as for me, this was my last visit.

Bought a mango boba and it was bomb will go again to try other flavors plyss i got a 32 oz cup of water with ice for a dollar so on them hot days. U need that cold water

Worst experience!!!! Would Never recommend!!!! I purchased 2 items and was paying with a debit card.... After I was charged I realized I was charged a 50 cents fee. I asked the lady to void out the transaction so I could go ahead and purchase another transaction above five dollars so the fee would be waived the lady refused and was very rude I shared with her I was very disappointed that she was not able to rectify the situation from a customer service standpoint . So I ended up walking out of the establishment and would never recommend them to anyone.!!!!!Very Teffible Customer Service!!!!!! Unpleasant experience!!!! I would have purchased more ..... If she would have told me before I was charged. She made me feel it was My fault..... When She was not competent with her role and the ability to up-sell to avoid this charge and outright Refused to void or correct the transaction!!!! Im so Horrified!!!!!!! Lack of customer service and just rude and wrong!!!!! Never again will I go there!!!!!

The donuts are good but the staff are rude and hostile. Some one bought me a black coffee out side I asked for creamer at the door told no creamer then was chased off the property out in to the street.
