Im a very loyal customer of the T-Mobile but sometime its big difficult to get hold of them at customer service
On December 19, 2018 about 2pm.I was just told at a different metro location that I would not be able to transfer my mother’s phone number to a unlocked iPhone 6 Plus from Verizon. So I decided to come to this new location and see if I could get a second opinion and I have to say many thanks to the two workers at this location. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with there service.

I just had a great experience I went in to the store with what I thought was a cracked phone screen. I was ready to get a new phone and this gentleman named Jose took a look at my phone and told me it was just the screen protector. He was really honest and nice so was his other coworker Carlos these gentleman are the real deal.
I went in there because I had heard amazing things about their service but As soon as I Went in a guy who said was the manager by the name of jose made my experience a complete nightmare. Not only is he the most rude person in existence but nothing professional at all. Not to add he smell like he had just smoked weed seconds ago and his appearance was just horrible. Not presentable at all will never visit this place again and I will be contacting the owner as well because people like this shouldnt be in charge of business at all.
