I went in today (Wednesday) and they remembered me from Saturday when i came in to look at the grass. They are very personable! I loved that. They have all the different types of grass laid out so you can look and feel them all. They even have them laid out like grass so you can picture how it will look in your yard. They pretty much have everything you will need like a 1-stop shop! And....they have a military discount!

I received excellent service. Claire, the manager, was most helpful. Great recommendations and the price was right. I will go back.

Such a great company! My husband went synthetic grass shopping and went ALL OVER town in search of his favorite. He came home with so many samples and laid them out and asked me to choose my favorites. I chose 4 and every single one came from SGW. When he told me this, he said that the women in the store were incredibly helpful and gave him all the tips and tricks to lay the grass himself. (Which they do as well and our neighbors have had them lay theirs and their yards are GORGEOUS!) He said that of all the places he went, the people working here actually knew their stuff and every single person was able to help him. Not only did I prefer their grass but the prices were amazing! Best part was, that after all this incredible service already, the owner of the company was in our neighborhood with his crew laying our neighbors grass and he drove by our house while my husband was laying our grass. He took the time to talk to my husband and compliment our grass and when my husband told him where he got it, the man laughed and told him he is the owner and gave him even MORE help on laying it. I cant say enough how happy my husband and I were with this company!!

If you are going to buy sythetic grass warehouse in ash, be sure to measure what you buy, I am missing 3 feet of grass and able and they told me that they do not cut it in width and it is a store that when they sell you they are very friendly but after sell you grass and talk to him to make a complaint, they are very dismissive

If you are thinking of installing grass yourself or having a contractor do it, you have found the spot. Dont even bother with the cheaper options if you want it done right the first time. the other brands simply cannot stand up to Tiger Turf.
