For seven years I have taken my Honda Civic to these folks. The was is 15 years old and spent the first 8 years in Bostons salty roads, so while rust is not a problem, the exhaust always needed some help. AZ muffler has always been there for me, with quick work and very reasonable pricing. Good people, Im sold, and wont go anywhere else for exhaust work.

I called to get a dual resonator delete on my BMW 340i, very good price, they got it done very quick and did a great job, this is my 4th time getting service done at this shop and they have never disappointed me

I literally never write reviews, I am writing one now because of how incredible of an experience I had at the shop. A-to-Z mufflers showed me what its like to deal with real people as opposed to swindlers at an auto shop. Danny and Ruben are kind knowledgeable, frank, considerate, and most importantly they are looking out for your best interest. I would, and have already, gone back to them. I would recommend them to anyone!

They won’t put your pipe on right and you will have to be pulling over every time. If you are a young dude he will take advantage over charge you. my car has missed up twice ever since I have been here and it’s brand new

This was my first time here, I had some Magnaflow exhaust mufflers installed on my BMW and they sound great! completely happy with the job and price!

Called ahead to let them know I needed my cat welded, got a green light... Was in and out in a few minutes, welds looked great. Found my welding shop.

Never would go back guy wanted to charge somebody 150$ for exhaust tips and wanted to charge me 200$ and 75$ for a hanger dude lost out 200$ easy .MUFFLER KINGS BEST IN TOWN.

So I got a rough quote on the phone, I say rough because its better to just go in anyways. They quoted me anywhere from $35-90 to get an axle back installed over the phone. I had parts already, but I had to buy two mufflers from them cus the ones I had were too long. Anyways, after I told the owner Jim what I was quoted, he said well that was just to get you to come in. Although now being an honest liar, I laughed and just let it go; as I knew it was a rough quote and a lot of places to this type of baiting. What I was really charged was $140 for parts and labor not including the two $60 a piece mufflers I bought from them. Parts being some custom bend piping and hangers. They also cut my bumper to fit my quad tips. Danny did the work and made sure it was how I wanted it, came out great! Before rolling out I paid Jim $260 which was what he told me including the mufflers, but then he pulls out you forgot a five, Im like what, he said theres five missing, I said you said $260, come on Jim, he insisted he said $265 when in fact he didnt! I went ahead and payed the extra 5 because I was happy with the work Danny did. But I may as well have went into his office and bent over because Jims a thieving liar! I also asked for paperwork like a reciept and said hed then have to tax me, I said forget it and drove away. Would I recommend this place? No, Id recommend Danny finding a different shop for sure!

I called in advised if I can get a quote/estimate I was told to bring it in, I told them I would stop buy 1600-1630 I was there @ 1630 and was asked to come back tomorrow, like all I wanted was an estimate couldn’t even get that. Just look at it . If you they couldn’t help me at the tim I advised I would be there why make me waist my time

I have had every exhaust system in all of my cars done here since 2003. They are the cheapest place in town and I have never had to take a car back here for any problems. Those two reasons are why A to Z is my first choice for exhaust.

Rude to the customer. The elder man I spoke to did not talk to me face to face. He had his back turned to me. Bad customer service. Thats not the way to make any kind of business.

They rip people off double check your receipt I advice other people to stay away shady place.

Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off by Jim. He will put knock off parts on your car and tell you it’s the rea thing !!
