Hans and Hamer were amazing to work with. They were able to custom order the piano in the finish I wanted. They loaned me a piano while I was waiting for mine to arrive due to delayed shipping. My only complaint would be that they did not communicate each time the piano was delayed. It was not an issue because I had a piano on loan, but would have appreciated more updates. Overall I would definitely go to them again!

The Steinway Piano Gallery of Fresno were incredible to work with. We had a very last minute need for a location and a piano and without hesitation, Gwen and her team made it happen. Their pianos are beautiful and the space is well designed that the sounds of the keys throughout the building are magical to the ears. There was a lot of attention to detail put into the atmosphere of the gallery — AND most importantly, the team at Steinway Piano Gallery of Fresno were professional and attentive to our needs. Great place to do business and a staff that makes you feel like family.

I absolutely love this store. My kids have been taking piano lessons here for 6 years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They also have a breathtaking piano gallery that I absolutely love. This is an over all experience for a piano lover. I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else.

This is a wonderful store with a warm and friendly staff. They will accommodate you if you need a new or used piano or if you need to use their facility. In my case, I use their beautiful recital hall which includes a 9 foot grand Steinway piano each year to showcase my piano students in a recital. This year, even with a pandemic, I was allowed to use their facility to give two small recitals and they took extra time to make sure everything was sanitized and safe. One of the staff members, Gwen, taught me how to record the recital on YouTube so students could share the performance with other family members who could not attend.If you need a new piano, don’t hesitate to call then. The owners(Hans and Heyner) will work with you in every situation and work out a great deal for you. Highly recommend this place!!

This show room is BEAUTIFUL! The owner, as well as the staff, are knowledgeable, beyond attentive, and truly care about the needs of their customers. Dont be intimidated by the luxurious options...there is something for every budget. I know this, because there was a perfect instrument for our family!

They helped me find a piano one on one. Didnt judge me for my extremely limited budget and they even brought it to my house. I love my piano and will be using it for years to come. And Hans is an amazing person. I reccommend them for anyone trying to find a piano. When they delivered it the piano stayed in tune. That was a awesome convenience so I could play right away.

After calling a few places, Hans had the best price for an out of town piano move. He was easy to communicate with (both phone and text) and the move happened without any issues. Even though I never met him in person (I was able to coordinate the move with family members), I would definitely recommend him!

My daughter has been going here and has had a wonderful experience. Miss Christina has been phenomenal. The owners there are fantastic as well, always warm and welcoming. Fantastic experience with Steinway Piano Gallery! We were looking for a baby grand on a fairly limited budget. We looked online for used pianos, but a friend suggested we try Steinway. We went and found the perfect piano. It was used, but right in our budget range. In fact, it was less expensive than most of the used baby grands we had found online! Heynor was very helpful and wonderful to work with. The piano we found had a little wear and tear, but because we got it for such a great price, we were able to put a few extra hundred into touching it up. Heynor had one of his technicians touch it up right in the showroom, so when I got it, it was beautiful! I was very happy with my entire experience at Steinway and am completely giddy over my new piano.

Steinway piano gallery made my dream come true. I was emailing back and forth with Mr Heyner and he sent me a picture of my dream piano and told me the price. Immediately I was like nope. Can’t do it! And my husband said no as well. Heyner invited us to stop by to see what he could do for us. We decided to go. I had in mind that we were not going to get that piano at all. I was just looking for something cheap that I can afford. We all talked for a while with Heyner and my husband and I both just felt the peace of God about everything. When my husband feels comfortable about something, then it’s definitely a God thing lol. He was so nice and so knowledgeable and you can tell that he sincerely cared about the customers and not just making a sell. He’s a Christian man who had the Best customer service I have ever seen. He worked with us and made my dream possible. We were able to get a brand new piano. Ever since I was a little little little girl my dream was to have a white grand piano with gold trim and I finally got it. Heyner, worked out such a great deal to make this purchase possible. His brother Hans and his family went out of their way to get the piano to me and deliver on Thanksgiving. I know it must’ve been exhausting. But they did such a good job and even though on thanksgiving.... they all still took time to make sure it was where it needed to be and if I felt comfortable with it, and inspect it. They are all so amazing, such wonderful people. I thank God for all of them. Words can not express how grateful I am and will always be. Piano is a huge part of my life, and I sit down at my piano and just can’t believe that I’m playing my dream piano and it’s mine... I am in love with it. Keep up the good work and serving the Lord.If you think you can’t afford something, or are hesitating at which place to go... don’t.... this is the place. Hands down. They care about you and try their best to make your dream possible. I went to a place before and they were practically begging me to buy a used piano, that wasn’t in the best shape and didn’t sound so great, just because they needed space. They didn’t really care about what I wanted and was interested in. Just wanted to make a sell and make room. Steinway piano gallery is the opposite and is the go to store.

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves coming to her lessons each week. The instructors are professional, friendly and patient. It also doesn’t hurt that she gets to experience the finest quality in craftsmanship synonymous with Steinway Pianos.

My children take piano lessons from Heyner, the owner of Fresno Steinway. He is the best piano teacher- my kids love him!!! They have learned more from him in one year than they have from any of their previous teachers combined. He is so musically inspirational, patient, fun and encouraging. We couldn’t ask for a better teacher.When we recently decided to buy a new piano for our kids, Heyner worked with us to find a high quality piano within our price range. He made it affordable for us.Fresno Steinway has the highest quality pianos in a wide range of prices- there is something for everyone! This establishment employs racist salespeople. We walked in and we were asked to leave within 60 seconds of our visit. We are interested in purchasing a piano but were judged solely on the color or our skin. I hope no people of color EVER purchase from this establishment AND that other people boycott them as well.

This location is fabulous! Beautiful store! Great attention and customer service all the way around! Heyner was so knowledgeable and patient and helpful, as was his brother Hans. The delivery team was fast, efficient, and courteous. I now have a BEAUTIFUL piano that was surprisingly affordable!! I have dreamed of owning a Steinway since I was 12 years old! My dream came true two weeks ago! They have great selection and will explain everything patiently to find the best fit for your family! I didn’t even know that Steinway makes uptight pianos! Both Heyner and Hans have been so kind and patient answering my questions and teaching me about my instrument! They delivered it THEY NEXT DAY!!!! It was such a fun surprise for my children who now argue about who gets to practice first!!! I always thought I would wait till my children were older and more accomplished before getting a real piano. But I can see now the value in having them learn to appreciate the amazing instrument that it is! I am so happy!

This place used to be called Valley Music Center and below is my review from 8 months ago. Same owners, same caliber of piano selection and the new location is beautiful.================I bought a new Steinway piano at Valley Music Center recently and I couldnt be happier with my purchase and how the owners handled the delivery. The place is owned by two brothers, Heyner and Hans. I dealt mostly with Heyner for the sales aspect and Hans for the delivery of the piano and both were knowledgeable and accommodating. They even delivered the piano on a Sunday morning with a less than 24-hour notice, and they did a great job bringing the piano into the house without any issues and explaining how to care for the piano, and recommending to tune the piano in several weeks after the delivery for the best result. They seem to know a lot about Steinway pianos and are very accommodating. Their tuning technician Christina and their sales associate Jacque are nice as well. I am so glad that Fresno has a Steinway dealer and that its owners are so wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a Steinway!
