I stopped in because the freezer, of the matching fridge/freezer combo looked nice. The first thing I checked was the build date. (2004) :(. I was about to walk out, and Sara asked what I would offer. I offered 70% list out the door. She checked with the manager, and said we could deal. At this point I asked ONE question, What was repaired?, she answered immediately, compressor. I paid and agreed to come back the next day. (need truck/trailer) When I picked it up, I looked at the compressor. It had no new solder joints and was really dusty.( not new) She came out and said oops this had a new condenser fan the matching fridge got the compressor.My assumption is that when the compressor went in the fridge, someone bought a new matching set, and nothing was repaired on this 17 yr old unit. They didnt even clean the dust and dirt from under it!Wasted lots of my time, fuel($), and patience.Much too much sales going on, not enough knowledge.Wont be back.

NO SHOW!Last Friday at 8 am, I requested to have my Monday morning appointment time changed. The receptionist said they would call me back. I did not receive a call back, even after leaving an additional voice-mail Friday afternoon. A technician was supposed to come Monday morning between 8-10 am, and I had an important meeting scheduled after I had made this appointment. Not only did I stay home to wait for the technician show, they did NOT keep the appointment!! So I missed my meeting and still have a broken washing machine. I do not see an excuse for the company not calling to confirm either a cancellation (when I really just wanted to reschedule) or to keep the appointment. Horrible customer service.

Poor customer service. Appliances looks decent and deceiving.. found ad on craigslist to get a set of washer and dryer for 400.00. DROVE 45 MINS to the location. PURCHASED set IN CASH!! APPLIANCES BROKE THE NEXT DAY OF USING IT. GAVE US ISSUES THE FIRST FEW DAYS. RETURNED IT EVEN THOUGH WE BOUGHT THE WARRANTY.. NO REFUNDS WERE GIVEN TO US AT THE STORE SINCE WE PAID CASH.and they DONT CARRY THAT MUCH CASH ON HAND... OKAY FINE...ALMOST S MONTH LATER .... CHECK SUPPOSELY ISSUED BEGGinning of MAY... NOPE... NO CHECK.... CALLED .. REP ANSWER SAYS SHE HAS TO CALL BOSS .. FINE... 2 WEEKS LATER.. NO CALLS NO CHECK... POORR. SERVICE... DEFINITELY REPORTING TO BBB AND IM DRIVING UP AGAIN TO DEMAND FOR OUR CHECK. NO EXCEPTIONS.. DONT EVER GET THINGS FROM HERE.. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

We have not had good luck with this company. They take forever to fix your appliance five weeks now and still waiting!

Terrible experience, They miss lead you. Sara flat out lied. We agree on a price at 8 in the mourning, and she says if you pick it up today you can have it. I said I will be there today. I am driving there from out of town with a trailer, decided to call at 1130 and see if someone can help me load it. SHE SOLD IT.Asked for no money down to hold it. She has no morels.

I wouldnt recommend using this place for anything. They delivered appliances to my house and made quite a bit of damage to my stair case from moving washer and dryer but most importantly they delivered a fire hazard to my house.. The range they delivered had the wrong 30a plug installed on it directly next to a warning sticker that says a 40a plug must be used to avoid risk of fire. Consider shopping somewhere else or at least make absolutely sure whatever you do get from them is actually in proper working order before you get it.

Nice place to get used or refurbished appliances. They offer free hauling of old appliances when installing the new ones. Ask for Danial, she is very helpful.

Appliances might be refurbished, but they work better than products you buy new from stores. We bought a fridge 3 years ago that works amazingly well to this day, so we went back when it was time for a new washer, dryer and stove. They gave us a great deal!

Called this AM to get a quote on the dreaded LG refrigerator compressor replacement. Was told they would need to send a tech out to diagnose the problem (which is already known, it needs a compressor, nothing else), but okay, I get it - so that’s 100$. As for replacing the compressor, well they can’t give me a quote other than “more than 500$ for labor, could be hundreds more, we can’t and won’t provide quotes or estimates on total cost”. So, what I’m hearing is that the cost could be ~1000$ (For JUST labor)~, or whatever they want to charge after I’m locked in with the 100$ diagnosis fee... sounds like a scam to me. Even the car dealership can give me a accurate estimate for specific repairs - so why no estimate for compressor replacement?

Really liked this place for its friendly service and for everything the price includes for the appliances. They will pick up the old one, deliver the new one, and even hook it up if you want them to. Got the warranty since that was reasonable too. Highly recommend a visit!

My fridge gave out in the middle of a kitchen remodel so i needed something inexpensive that works until the remodel is done so i can buy a complete set. I saw an ad on Craigslist and stopped in. Sara greeted me shortly after walking in and i explained the situation. I left less than 10 minutes later with a used fridge in my truck for $200. Sara was awesome! Gentlemen who help load it was awesome! Plus i was told i can can drop my old fridge off for free. FYI they had a very mixed selection with some nice higher and all of the way down to entry level. I would recommend checking them out if you need something. Ask for Sara.

Good place to go to if youre looking for a value appliance. My wife and I were there for half an hour by ourselves and the salesman never approached us to see if we had any questions or concerns. When we did find one he couldnt tell us what had been repaired on it. When buying a used appliance thats an important thing to know.

Secret Appliance Store in Fridley! I needed a washer and looked around for a deal. I came across ARI Appliance Sales . I never heard of them before so I figured I would share the secret. They fix and re-purpose appliances. I found an excellent washer and paid about $200. The staff was very friendly and the operation was real professional. If anyone is in need of a good appliance deal check these guys out.

$95 dollar trip charged (non-refundable but applied to final bill). Then pricing is per job and zero disclosure on what your charged for. Its on a per job basis. Once out your so far in from a sunk cost perspective you have no choice really to opt out. I went with theyre repay services originally because I purchased a used unit and had a decent experience. For those considering ARI you should choose a company with more transparency. My next steps are to write the BBB.

I don’t complain often, but after 3 terrible experiences & multiple conversations with the customer service/management (that went in circles & ended with no resolution) I have to tell my story.I first purchased a washer & dryer combo. After I found out that they don’t do gas hookups in Minneapolis or St. Paul because they don’t have the license, we decided that they would deliver to my garage. The day of delivery we received NO phone call & found that they had left the washer & dryer on the sidewalk outside of the home. We were frustrated, but we were able to move them ourselves & just kind of forgave the miscommunication.When our refrigerator started to act up we called for them to come & fix it. We were told that there was a $95.00 charge for a diagnosis & that if we choose to get the repair the $95 charge would then be taken off of the repair cost. On the day of the appointment no one came... I called the store & was told that they came, rang the wrong bell, knocked on the wrong door & then left.We made another appointment... They called and were earlier than the agreed time (even though I made it clear I wouldn’t be home) I rushed to get home & then was told that we had to pay the $95+ what the repair cost would be!I figured that the people at ARI would honor what we had been told previously by their employee. I thought they would understand that with all of the bad interactions that we have had so far, they would want to make it right. They didn’t. They even resorted to lying.I really haven’t ever experienced this from any professional company that I have ever dealt with.I highly recommend that you steer clear of this 3rd rate company. They don’t value their customers.

I went to look at refrigerators and when opened a freezer door watch a bug crawl into the seal. Between that and the way some of them still smelled, I went to somewhere else and bought new. Still cant get over the bug

Purchased a dryer that was supposedly new for a new construction home. When I went to plug it in the first time it didn’t work made several attempts to return the dryer which they said they couldn’t do that they would send a repair man to fix a new dryer ridiculous. Also purchased a KitchenAid stove that’s missing parts
