This shop by far is the best hair braiding shop Ive ever experienced! The owner Erin is a true boss and acknowledges boss women that enter her establishment! Shell style ur hair as if she herself was in her chair. Im in awe! I highly recommend her shop!

I came in for Knotless braids. This was my first time having this style, so naturally I was nervous. Erin was very kind and professional, talking me through the style from start to finish. The results were amazing And i am very happy with them. I will definitely be coming back!!

I went in to catch the vibe of this salon & check out the hair they had. I really enjoyed talking to Erin (not sure if I spelled that correctly) the shop owner and got my hair done on the spot! I got box braids done and they’ve turned out beautifully. I’ve already gotten many compliments. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into my hair. Definitely worth it 😍

THIS IS THE WORST SALON I EVER BEEN TO. The lady who was BRAIDING my hair stop to SCRATCH HER OWN SCALP AND SHE WENT BACK AND BRAIDED MY HAIR WITH HER UNWASHED HANDS!!! and the other thing is she kept talking so LOUD AND SHE WAS LITERALLY SPITTING ON ME AND MY HAIR! Those lady’s that work at this salon gossip about clients in front of them and calls them cheap for a unreasonable price!!! Horrible just horrible! The lady was just too harsh on my fragile hair!!!!! DID I MENTION THEY WORK WITH CLIENTS ALL TOGETHER SHE’LL PROBABLY WORK WITH ONE CLIENT AND GO DO ANOTHER WHILE STILL WORKING WITH THE OTHER CLIENT!!!IDON’t THINK I’ll EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Victoria was so nice and friendly! She has done my hair a couple times and I love it! She takes her time and does not rush through it! I always walk out of her salon with a smile!!! Great service and great people! I am so happy I found someone who truly does a great job!

Do not try making an appointment here. The staff is very unprofessional and never showed for the 11:00am appointment today. We ended up being rescheduled to 12:30pm today so sat around waiting. 12:30 came and nobody showed. We waited until 2:40pm. We tried calling multiple times and did not receive a response. DO NOT TRY MAKING APPOINTMENTS HERE!

I took my two little girls here for braids. Both are tender headed. The ladies working were not only very helpful but also did a fantastic job at being gentle yet still keeping the braids clean and nice. Theyre perfectly lined up and not too tight per my request (my 8 year old cant have them very tight).The service was pleasant and professional. As a new family to the area, we are happy to have found a place to go as regulars. I would recommend Victoria Hair Braiding and I plan to return in the future!

I recently came to Victoria Hair Braiding Salon for a bob or just a shorter sew in. The stylist was late, tried discouraging the style that I wanted and didnt bring the proper tools to straighten my natural hair after the sew in. I asked her how the back looked she said it looks the same as the front but didnt really give the opportunity to let me see. Anyway long story short it was a cute but there wasnt enough hair left out for track coverage and the tracks started to unravel the 2nd day when she said it should last three months (I was charged $120) She told me to contact her with any questions, so I reached out to her and she ignored me... Pretended to be out of town and still hasnt resolved anything I removed the extensions and havent been re compensated, Ive tried reaching her several times. I find her to be selfish and unconcerned. If i were the stylist Id try to fix the issue or return part of the money but what she does is respond sarcastically, And reading the other bad reviews on her she seems to get very defensive instead of taking ownership or caring about the customers needs.

Erin was the lady’s name that did my hair, and she was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my hair and ways to take care of it. She was a bit late for my appointment, so I contacted her, she showed up almost instantly. She’s also a very sweet woman!An edit to your response: I showed up for my appointment exactly at 2:15. I had to CALL YOU for you to return to your salon to do my hair. You told me yourself that you completely forgot about that appointment, and you told me this multiple times. I will also remind you that I followed your directions of texting you my info, along with my appointment time and what I was looking to get done. I believe that my stylist name was Rosa. She did a great job on my knotless braids. She is a fast braider and she is very neat. I will be going back for all of my braiding needs.

I got sengelease twist at this shop the owner did my hair and she was fantastic. This was the first time I have had crochet twist in my hair. She explained every process to me and why she was doing what. My hair turned out fantastic and I will definitely make this my go to shop.....(update)after 2 days they started to fall out... I am not sure if its something that Im doing or what the problem is. I have never had crochet braids before, but I am working from home so I wear my Bonnet almost all day unless I have a video meeting but other than that I dont really wear my hair down but when I do take off my bonnet theres 3-5 braids inside it. Maybe Im thrashing in my sleep I am unsure but I just wanted to give my honest review.

I got my hair braided at Victoria’s hair braiding salon. It was one of the most pleasant experience I have had getting my hair braided. My braids were neat. Helena was professional and on time. She did my hair in a timely manner. They provided hair which was a plus. Not to mention I was entertained. Victoria and her staff are so nice. I received legendary customer service. I was walked to my car to ensure my safety. I love it here and will be returning as a repeat customer. Will not disappoint.

They turned out so beautiful and she was super quick too!She’s also a great conversationalist so I didn’t even realize how fast time went by.She was on time for my appointment and I left a very satisfied and happy customer. I never been to this shop before but it was close by my house & figured I will try it out.My Appointment was suppose to be at 11:00am showed up to the shop & doors was locked; contacted the hair stylist & she forgot the time of the appointment & the lady who was suppose to do the 2 feed in braids had an emergency and if I could return at 1:00pm, I agreed. I went back to get my 2 feed in braids,was a waste of time!! The lady didn’t know what she was doin,kept blaming my edges where to thin & had to redo the braids 3 times & the braids barely had hair on them; I was over it by then, but she called her daughter to do the braids..daughter did a little better but still looked a hot mess..I was just done..I would not recommend this place..I will continue going to same place to get my braids done for now on;

Victoria did my 14 yr old daughters box braids a couple days ago. There was a difference in the quote I received on the phone once she saw how much hair my daughter has, she has very thick long hair. It took about 4 hours for them to get her done, her hair turned out beautifully & my baby is excited to start her 1st year of high school feeling good. We will most definitely be back

Victoria is awesome! She scheduled me for appointments with short notice. I am tender headed and she braided my hair firm but not so tight that it pulled my edges or gave me a headache. Everyone loved my faux locs and my new beach wave is awesome. She is patient and charges a fair price. I am definitely a long term customer and recommending her to all my family and friends.

I came to this salon to get passion twists and communicated with Victoria a week before and the week of my appointment, and sent her a picture of the hair I bought and she confirmed everything. When I arrived to my appt, she started doing my hair after she finished eating a fast food meal and without washing her hands, half way through doing my hair, she stated that she can’t do passion twists with this kind of hair, and kept making excuses of how she didnt pay attention to the picture I sent her and that she can stop if I want to. She changed her mind towards the middle of the process and made it seem like a misunderstanding. Her information was inconsistent and I didn’t get what I came for. I will never go back and I will never recommend anyone to go there.

She told me I could wash my hair as I typically would which i did. Only to have the extensions clump which resulted in me having to cut the extensions out a day and half later. Not to mention the welts and sores that it caused on my scalp and she refused to give ANY of the money back which was $420 down the drain for 36 hours of having the extensions in. How sad. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!!! You couldnt even have the common courtesy to refund some of the money since I only had the extensions in for 2 days!!! How rude!!!

I will tell my experience and hopefully the readers will decide for themselves.I was speaking to the owner and the person who was braiding my hair. Two separate people that were working together.I called 2 days early to get a price quote on Crochet braided hairstyle after talking over those 2 days I was given a quote for $80. At that time I was told that 6 packs were needed. I asked if there was anything else I needed to know and if they were sure 6 packs was all I needed (as I always do). I was told no.Flash forward to the day I am told that the hair I picked up was too long 14 and I would be charged an extra $20. Please note I sent pictures of the hair I bought and at no time was I told that would cost more until I arrived. I said to myself ok fine $20 extra isnt terrible and I need my hair done.We get toward the end and I realize that we dont have enough hair. Then I am told that we will drive to get more. Ok trying to rectify the issue that was not my fault to begin with. The first place doesnt have the hair that matches and so I am charged more to pay gas for their mistake.They charged me at least 50% extra because of this. I left just glad to be out and not having to sit any longer.I had a camping trip and had no phone service over the weekend and Mon but I realized that the crochet was still too tight so when I returned I texted all the issues that I had to the owner. She asks me to call and talks over me and gives me no chance to speak. Saying if I had complained in three days then she could have done something. ( I got the hair done on Thursday and had to leave Friday for the camping trip.) I told them that I was going to be on this camping trip also.You can all decide for yourself if this is a place you would want to go. I just thought it would be important to let others know.
