Canceled my covid tests for no reason. Then told me it was back-on. Then refused to administer the test when I showed up.

I have given this place many tries in the past few months, however every single time I go the pharmacy is completely backed up. I do not mind waiting for prescriptions, they take time. However on several occasions now I have called in the morning to get a refill and the system says it will be ready at noon, but when I arrive after work around 4 Im told it will be another 30 minutes. A couple more times after coming back 45 minutes later I have been told itll be another 20 minutes. The staff can be quite aggressive and seem to be upset by the fact that youre expecting a prescription to be ready that was due hours before. When the line gets long inside they frequently turn people away from their drive thru

The people are actually very nice and they seem to get my prescriptions correct. I would normally give it 4-5 stars. However, I have been here 3 times in the past seven weeks, and each time there is one pharmacy tech who is wearing her mask ridiculously incorrectly below her nose. I question how safe this pharmacy can be in other regards when their safety training is so seriously deficient in a way that is so obvious and public. Training and followup must be lax to an extreme degree to allow such a thing in a health care setting.

I moved in Feb but kept my RXs at this location because of how good they were. Up until about 4 months ago I would have said 5 stars. Not sure if they are just short staffed or other issues, but Ive had nothing but problems getting RXs filled the last 4-5 months. Ive been waiting for a refill for a week and now I cant get them to answer the phone. I guess its time to start using a pharmacy thats closer to me now.

The staff are very rude, walking away while my wife was asking a question. Also they are rude over the phone and are always backed up. Doesnt seem to be short staffed, just poorly trained people. Definitely moving to another CVS

Went for a COVID test. It took a bit longer than I anticipated but the woman was very apologetic and kind. She explained the test thoroughly and was very friendly. Im sure these essential workers have long, hard days and Im truly appreciative.

They use to be great but are seriously lacking as of late. We noticed that the woman assembling Covid tests had her mask below her nose and wasnt wearing gloves so those tests could have been contaminated. Many of the other employees werent even wearing masks. The manager wasnt very helpful or responsive when we had questions. It takes so much longer to get a prescription filled. We will be finding a different pharmacy.

I have tried multiple times to give this pharmacy a chance since covid hit since it’s convenient for my husband to stop after work. However my scripts are on auto refill but never refilled. Just realized that they gave me a 30 day supply of my thyroid medicine, but it was to be a 90 days supply and now everything is messed up. I have to call and this time, was on hold for 45 min before they disconnected the call, called back and its been 42 minutes and no one has picked up. Previous times it’s been almost an hour and even when I get to speak to someone they are usually aggressive and imply it’s my fault or say they are busy but never put the refill in. My husband arrives and still has to wait another 30 minutes. Time to switch pharmacies - ive already submitted a transfer request to a local HyVee.

I have been really disappointed in the rude attitudes of your pharmacy staff the last three times I have been to your Fridley location. This is a stressful time for a lot of people and a little kindness goes a long way. I really hope that management gives them the support they need to meet the current demand of this business and that they find the time to monitor how their pharmacy staff are treating the customer’s. Absolutely appalling.

They don’t answer the phone when you call if they’re busy. I called 3 times on a Friday for a total time of 1.5 hours waiting listening to a message saying they would be right with me.I went to the Pharmacy asking if they answer the phone. The lady replied “we are really busy” and implied they don’t answer if they’re busy. What kind of service is this? Terrible to say the least!

I’ve seriously never dealt with more rude people in my entire life. Every female back in the pharmacy department was just a complete jerk I will never go to this CVS ever again

The worst service ever. Never answer there phone. 6 days to fill a percription. On hold for 20 plus minutes. Take your store and close it. Why even be open. Very poor.

My husband and I drove thirty minutes for a COVID test and showed up to a hand written note on the drive they window say sing tests were canceled. No call/no text. Huge waste of our time and very frustrating. Judging by the other reviews this happened often.

If you like being on hold for more than an hour than this CVS s for you!. They don’t care about their customers.

They dont even deserve one star. This place is so bad. Im switchin 2 target.

Waited on the phone for 40 min for the pharmacy and no one picked up. I am so sick of this pharmacy.

Had my provider call in my meds. I got a call back asking from CVS asking if I would like them filled and I of course said yes. The gentlemen who first took my order was very kind and prompt, but stated my meds werent ready. When I came back through I noticed only one of my meds were filled, keep in mind CVS on University called and asked if I would like them refilled. This old lady was short grey hair huffed and puffed when I had her look and started arguing with me that it was my fault. I took my business to CVS in target. CVS in Target never gives me these problems. I would suggest you take your business there as well.

They set up covid testing for every 10 min, but you really should expect your visit to take about an hour.

Waited over an hour for a covid test which I never received. Each car was taking over 30 minutes to go through.

Put my prenatal vitamins in yesterday morning for a refill. 4 hours later went back to pick them up and they were not ready. The pharmacist told me not to come back until he call. Well, today is Sunday and I’m guessing their closed. And I never got that call so this will be 2 days without my prenatal vitamins. Who care? Right?

All I can say is Thank You, and it doesnt seem like its enough. The team at this location helped me win a week long battle with my coverage for my husbands meds who has epilepsy. The team at this location even sat in hold with me on a 3 way call to ensure I got the medication I needed for my husband for that I am forever grateful. Thank you so much!!!

The drive thru pharmacy used to be open until 9:pm, Now all of a sudden without notice the pharmacy closes at 8:pm?, I work weird hours and it was very convenient to pick up my prescription before 9:pm, Why the sudden change in hours?

Product advertised on CVS website for 13$ got to the store and the product is 20$ in person. What? When I asked, the CVS employee informed me that they would not honor the price advertised on their own website.

I will say this place has a bad turn over new store manager super rude so no wonder employees are im a former employee who was willing to come back on board as a supervisor im a rockstar at customer service im currently employed but was looking for a pt job for extra cash couldnt even get a word in when trying to introduce myself explain my availability this is why little kids are hired as a grown adult one would think they would appreciate a previous hire and a responsiable adult willing to come work hard but i see why CVS is going down drain it starts with the store manager which seems to change constantly at various store even long term employees either wish to transfer an or leave altogether to pursue better and different jobs this store profits are way below what that area traffic should bring and yet it still gets robbed reguardless of funds I myself shop at other cvss and or Walgreens wally why bother no one seems to be over 16-18 with no sense of customer service or knowledge of store but once apond atime u where greeted offered help and shown to your products now just another convenient store same as anywhere else

Call twice, what Sounded like a 12-year-old child answer the phone. Didn’t answer my questions and then hung up. Not sure what’s going on at that place.

Friendly cashier came right up to me the moment I entered and showed me instantly where to get what I needed. Conveniently had a phone charger I needed while I was trying to call for a ride so really saved me in the moment.

Curbside pick up has ended last week. Looks like Im in search of a new place to shop.
