Even after the sale was completed and I notice a quirk with the bike, I contacted them and they went above and beyond to fix the issue.I Highly recommend this place for any power sports needs. It took Polaris 8 weeks to deliver my new, atv, but none the less, we are very happy. It was a great interaction, and none of the garbage that you get from the big sports dealers. This is my shop from now on!
The service I received the last few days buying my new Sportsman was outstanding I’ll be a customer for life. Derek helped my specifically but all staff was so helpful through the process. I went to parts to add an accessory and they answered all my questions and got the part installed quickly. Needless to say but I recommend you stop buy!

Chopper city /Nate was great! Me being an ATV noob, Nate took a lot of time to answer all my questions. He also took even more time when I arrived the next day to pick up my 2 ATVs. Had a fantastic time at Chopper City. Salesman Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable. It took me 2 days and a thousand questions to pick the wheeler for me. Finally pick a sportsman 1000 trail. I took a lot of his time but he never pressured me. He even help me load it and tie it down on my trailer. Strongly recommend Derek.

Waited 10 min for service at front of store. All staff could be seen sitting in their offices on their computers. No one would come out to assist me. They lost a customer looking to purchase a vehicle.

Wish I could give more then 5 stars! I had a unique situation in that the head gasket was done and my ATV’s factory warranty expired with only 43 miles on my Sportsman 450. Chopper City stayed in constant contact with myself and Polaris to get the issue resolved. Chopper City eventually provided MORE then enough information to prove to Polaris that it was a factory defect. Because of Chopper City’s efforts, parts and labor were covered by Polaris and I got my wheeler back in a month with everything in great shape and just in time to plow the next snow fall. As far as I’m concerned they are the only Polaris dealership in town that I will purchase anything from and I plan to shamelessly plug Chopper City any time I can. Thanks guys!
This was our first time purchase of a Polaris Ranger and I cant begin to tell you what a wonderful experience my husband and I had at this store. The staff is great to work with. Derek was a no pressure, no hassle sales person who we found to be extremely knowledgeable and personable which made our decision that much easier. The other thing we found great is that they work together as a team so when one person is out or working with a customer they have other staff on hand to help you out. Justin was also very helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions. We had been back and forth between new and used and had visited other dealers in the cities but this place is hands down the best. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for any type of ATV or Utility vehicle to go there.

This was the first time I had repair work done at Chopper City. I started with Cory and he gave me an estimate to complete the work. When I picked up the snowmobile, I was very satisfied with the work done and the amount of the repair. There was some miscommunication when Cory was not at work, but that got taken care of, and that is the only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
Im sure they are super, but we left when none of the staff were wearing masks. NONE OF THEM. WE WENT UP 65 TO East Bethel and bought our helmets there instead.

Bought my ATV from them last year, and the purchase process was extremely smooth, and fast. Parts department has always gone above my expectations to help finding the accessories I have wanted. Walked in with the family and walked around for a good 10 mins. Two staff members walked past us and didnt even say anything. Waited another 5mins......guess what ??? Nothing....we left....poor service. Never going there again!
Called them on a Saturday after calling a few other closer Polaris dealers and striking out since I was looking for a few specific parts to complete getting my Polaris IQR back together. They had the parts in stock and had them ready for me when I arrived to pick them up.
