Great location. The manager Kylee is very pleasant and helpful.

They have several different size storage units available. The place is secured, I personally dont like the area its located for the fact well I wouldnt want to leave my car any where unattended to long in that neighbor hoof its a little shady.

Kylee was really helpful and we storaged our things for 8 months everything was good I am glad we used this location

I’m leaving this review because I was asked after my transaction with them. Seem to be a easy process, got a tour of the locker. They do charge you for a lock and insist that you insure the storage locker itself, which seemed odd to me but whatever. My biggest complaint is the cost! $155 a month for a 10x20. I believe Jenny helped me, she was very outgoing and down to earth, there was another girl there but I did not catch her name. They are they reason I’m leaving the 5-star review as they did great!

Chelsea was a joy to work with when storing our RV. She was helpful, kind, informative, quick and professional .

Just rented today! The customer service was great from the 2 ladies in the office Tori and Kylee. Tori even navigated me on how to make a email so I could have my payments automatically taken out. Property is clean and drive up units make it easy to access my belongings and to store in general. And the 1$ promotion is awesome. Thanks public storage!

A little late with my 5-star review since move in! I called to set up an appointment at 10:30am one day to move in two motorcycles on a nice 35-degree day mid December (last minute, how I usually operate) and was helped urgently and professionally. I was able to view the unit, handle all paperwork and get both bikes parked in the unit by 1:30pm that same day and was able to take advantage of the sun and warmer weather to do so! Highly recommended location!!! Staff (JANAE!!) is awesome here.

I highly recommend this location. After making my reservation, Alex quickly replied to set up a time and day to come in. Janae helped me out in person and made the whole process easy and got me into the perfect unit at a great price.

Everything is just fine as far the storage goes; the attendant was cheerfull and service is good. i gave 5 star because of the good attitude i got, but the rental space didnt get swept out, and seeing that she was by herself at such a large facility and had customers coming in, - she needed help and she apologized for it, so i excused it. Very nice personality - smile. Thank you very much!.

After my unit was broken into it was very frustrating for me, being that I live out of town. It also seemed they may have had some careless workers who weren’t doing their best at making sure things were running smoothly. Today I received a call from a Jenae (hopefully correct spelling) and she sincerely apologized and made me feel comfortable with continuing to use them to store the rest of my things. I’m just glad thing worked out!

Coming back to edit my review. The employee makes you pull out you phone and write a review on the spot as you are signing the contract. I felt obligated to put 5 stars because its Minnesota and we hate confrontation. The girl was nice. Storage was good. No issues there. I removed the stars because I feel the reviews are a bit of false advertising. No one wants to write a negative review while standing in front of an employee.

Sharnell is amazing. Not only did she make sure I had the right sized unit but also made sure I had the right supplies. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage and work with Sharnell because she made this process and experience as seamless as possible.
