Make sure that you pay close attention to big sets of anything when purchasing from this place. We purchased a set of dishes and it said that things were included that were not. It was such a big set that they said that they would pack it up and we would pick it up later. We picked up the items later that day and arrived home to get it un packed and noticed some of the items were missing. Expensive items. we contacted them immediately. When we asked if they would fix the situation they sent me in circles saying that they would and never did. We trusted that they would have all the product together because they seemed to be a good company. I know that we are dealing with and estate sale but knowing that they could have set it aside as promised should not have been a hard task. If they treat there customers this way how do they treat setting up and selling items for others that want to use this company. Will things go missing? Will all of the money be collected and if you run into a problem will it get resolved? I think not. Think hard befor choosing this company to sell off you or your loved ones items as they are not honest or properly organized.
