Great little shop unfortunately they did not receive my buisnes due to bad customer service. I waited patiently while the one employee(during the holidays) was attending two customers before me. Once my turn she gave one of my kids(7) the stink eye for touching the glass casings and when my oldest(10) cought in his hand and away from her she backed up and made a rude face took my buisnes else where and ended up getting multiple gifts for family members...
I have always loved this shop! The really should have done this concept with a full on, hot shave Barer shop attached! The items are really too expensive. $30 to $60 for small amounts of lotions or oils for your beards, etc. Nice collector razors and shaving gear. But really pricy for what it is.

I check reviews on any and everything. So when I went to Baybrook Mall I was skeptical on going into the store especially given I wasnt shopping for myself at the moment. I went in and Alan greeted me right away, he answered every question without pushing a sale upon me. So he proceeded to demonstrate the process of shaving correctly. I was shocked Ive been shaving wrong my whole life!!!! What I remember the most about my visit he had other customers intrigued and they came in half way through the demo. He is an awesome salesman, in the end I spend $850. I will refer all my friends to Alan!!!!

I went made a purchase on December 1, 2018, Bailey was the cashier, Brent was the manager on duty I asked if they had an online store to order cologne for my brother(knowing you cant send liquids through the post office). I was informed that they could mail it out for me. I gave them the correct spelling of my brother name, and mailing addresses little to be know they misspelled his name after I told them to make sure its spelled correctly before it was shipped yeap you guessed it misspelled his name so the delivery date for accepting the package was on December 7, 2018 Fedex driver who didnt have access to the gated community said the package was left at a gate outside on the sidewalk according to Brent telling me this. I called Art of Shaving young guy on the phone said he knows nothing red flag do not go back with him not knowing nothing. I finally talked to Brent the manager again going back and forth about my package was like it was delivered I said not to where it supposed to be. From the 7th of December 2018 to today December 14th 2018 was told Holly from FedEx would call no call after a few hours, I called Art of Shaving back she finally called she was all attitude because I was telling her what was told to me and wanted to know the delivery process in which she said it could be in the leasing office I told her I was informed it was left outside on sidewalk. Her attitude was very unprofessional I will not use Fedex. Holly also said on the 15th I can file a claim on that date then she changed her story saying after the 15th of December 2018. It was to much back and forth with Art of Shaving not resolving the issue of a package not begin delivered to just not caring. So the question is will I ever shop there again for my brother the answer is NO!!! Art of Shaving its fine to get in touch with me Brent have my information. Once I get updates about my previous package I will give another review tell if the issue was resolved
Ive been using the products from here for about 2 years now, I was given a gift for my bday a while back and really enjoyed it. I learned a lot about different ways to produce a high quality shave from the literature that came with the product. This year I decided to get a gift box for my father and had the most incredible experience with Joseph. This man was very friendly and extremely knowledgable with the products as well as what would benefit different styles of skins/shavers. The product line is great and makes shaving an incredibly enjoyable experience. The prices can be a bit high but you get a great quality product. Joseph was an amazing person to help when I was selecting a gift for my dad and I am happy to leave him a positive review. For the sake of honesty I didnt give 5 stars because I had a slightly less than positive experience with a different sales associate on a different day. All in all, I would continue to use this product and go to this location for future supplies.
Friendly staff, overpriced products with no noticeable difference from my regular cheapy stuff though. meh.
